期待已久嘅午餐就係為咗隻黃雞而去身為中環四雞嘅其中一雞對佢有份好奇覺得究竟佢有乜特別果然呢隻雞真係冇令我失望間餐廳係PMQ裝修彌漫住浸歐洲風一行入去坐低覺得有少少似倫敦嘅餐廳分開上層主用餐區同下層嘅酒吧區域想坐露天area嘅話預約要remark返訂枱可以WhatsApp或者電話打去佢會俾website用信用卡secure booking 食嘢成個流程同pre/post service都唔錯前菜食咗個煙醺有機蛋個人認為冇乜特別另外嘅紅菜頭Burrata沙律比較有驚喜不過份量好細適合兩個人分享四個人去食嘅話就每人得兩啖咁上下但因為價錢都唔低感覺唔太抵食等咗差唔多45分鐘就拎咗隻雞出嚟會俾客人打個卡再拎返入去斬件連埋砂鍋飯同小沙律同雞架再上菜呢個餐嘅份量四個人分享啱啱好兩個人食嘅話會有啲油膩因為成隻雞都算係完全物盡其用每件雞都切得好靚望到係覺得賞心悅目溫度算熱唔會太乾就連雞胸部位都夠滑值得一試嘅係佢嘅炸雞皮葱油飯極度邪惡代表極度吸引🤤雞皮好脆雞油撈飯亦非常香如果淨係去食呢個餐其實都幾值得甜品叫咗canele同madeleine 覺得一般Cocktails亦都係未如理想但價錢貴飲酒嘅話中環區有其他更優秀嘅選擇總括服務同黃雞餐係值得一讚其他就未如理想唔會想再去多次嘅感覺米芝連嚟講真係未去到合乎期望 continue reading
