To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

個人覺得係香港最好食嘅沙嗲麵！作為沙嗲關注組嘅成員，時不時都會捐窿捐罅食唔同嘅沙嗲麵。食過長洲、長沙灣、九龍城、慈雲山等等，最後都係覺得誠記個沙嗲湯最出色！個人推薦沙嗲雞絲炒蛋米，米粉比公仔麵好食，吸晒啲沙嗲湯。然後雞絲都比牛肉好食，因為佢嘅雞絲係會用蒜蓉炒一炒先，配埋沙嗲汁超級野味！另外呢度嘅西多士都超級好食，十分推薦！

🌟西多士｜$20又真係好食喎炸得金黃香脆嗰邊輕微燶燶地跟住有勁多煉奶同埋牛油🧈每一啖都好邪惡😈好好味，必點👍🏻👍🏻-🌟凍奶茶 ｜$15其實基本上都係茶記必點茶味香濃☕️點咗少甜，佢又真係有跟喎-整體嚟講侍應竟然意外地有禮貌同埋好服務，佢哋竟然主動拎餐牌過嚟，同埋主動問我點乜嘢食，呢個係出乎意料嘅。-另外喺熟食市場嘅茶餐廳好懷舊同埋有特色，坐咗好多常客喺度。呢啲茶餐廳，好值得去幫襯支持。

新一年lunch time又嚟西環食沙嗲麵同西多士一枱都是幸福的味道沙嗲豬頸肉鹹牛肉炒蛋米粉 $55每次嚟都係依個combination 食極都唔厭🫶🏻個沙嗲湯真係好好飲😂唔會好濃味 唔太杰身 鹹鹹香香咁味道剛剛好 配粉麵啱晒西多士 $18見到嗰一大pat牛油同煉奶🥹加埋香脆嘅西多士 實在係令人興奮🦦每次嚟都要加一份西多士 先至夠滿足炸雞翼第一次係到食炸雞翼 正正常常啦 無乜特別😂有啲肉食吓咁 下次應該唔會再嗌😂

聽人講依間好食，都食過幾次，唔差嘅。但係淨係舉手等人寫野都要10分鐘，啲人態度差，扮睇唔到你舉手，其他食客舉手都係等好耐都冇人show佢，啲員工語氣態度差仲會鬧返人轉頭。
