🥕炸馬介油球:6/10 ($180)好嘅馬介油最緊要係食得出鱈魚嘅香味,呢間餐廳呢方面做得唔錯,魚同薯仔份量平衡得相當好,能同時帶出魚香同埋薯味。口感方面亦做到外皮焦黃脆口,內裡絲質幼滑,沾上少少蛋黃醬後,更能提升口感層次。雖然🙎🏻‍♀️同🙍🏻‍♂️都覺得呢間餐廳嘅馬介油球幾好食,但係其實以澳門黎講,食同樣質素嘅馬介油球絕對唔需要咁高嘅價錢,所以衡量完cp值之後,我地只能夠比6分。🥕特色燒焗乳豬:6/10 ($390)佢嘅乳豬屬中上水平,豬皮非常香脆,咬落去非常crispy,豬肉亦都好鮮嫩。但係呢個乳豬係偏肥偏油,如果鍾意食肥啲嘅乳豬,呢個就幾啱食。整體黎講,佢嘅乳豬係幾好味,但係都係嗰句,以390蚊嘅價錢黎講真係唔太抵食。薯條方面都有少少失望😔😔,佢嘅薯條好淋,唔係好脆身,而且唔夠熱,調味亦到太淡,唯一一個值得欣賞嘅地方係佢嘅薯味幾香幾重。🥕碳燒葡國入口豬脊里配炸薯條及沙律:5.5/10 ($265)肉質挺鮮嫩,咬落去好多汁,口感唔錯。但係呢個豬脊里好油,食落好膩,食左幾塊之後已經覺得有啲滯。🥕紅飯 :3/10 ($45)🙎🏻‍♀️係個好鍾意食紅飯嘅人🤩,叫完呢個飯之後,佢仲好期待🙈,點知黎到嘅係好水嘅番茄汁飯。味道方面,食落去都同我地想像中有啲出入,係酸酸鹹鹹,而唔係酸酸甜甜。最後,因為我哋覺得個飯怪怪哋🤢🤢,所以淨係食左一半就無再食落去啦。 continue reading

3月中,各地剛剛放寬出入境沒幾耐,同朋友們去澳門兩日一晚,第一晚我哋去咗呢間餐廳,booking 已經full 曬,所以朋友決定5點幾到餐廳博可以walk in,好彩餐廳俾枱我哋,就係要求7:30之前還枱快食。我哋叫咗5個菜,非洲雞係雞扒,都幾辣,啖啖肉,味道可以。海鮮燉飯,啲海鮮唔太出色,可能時間尚早,燉飯唔夠入味。橄欖油蔬菜就如其名,菜比較硬身,係清淡嘅⋯⋯。馬介休係比較好味,炸粉薄,夠咸香,份量較少。乳豬價錢唔平不過有啲豬肉so味,薯條就好味嘅。 continue reading

每次去澳門都會到此餐廳晚飯,幾年疫情之後再去,完全不一樣多款菜式都話無,完全唔夠人手,坐咗好耐都無人招呼。最不滿就係問攞幾杯水,佢哋話冇免費清水⋯所以開支蒸餾水,最匪夷所思係拎嚟嘅蒸餾水,只得十分之一份量,佢話:你哋只有兩個人飲水咋喎⋯真係人都癲,你有計我蒸餾水嘅錢㗎嘛😡當晚近乎每樣食物都唔掂, ‘蜆’一口都係沙,所謂嘅海鮮飯,濕到不得了,Menu幅相有隻靚到不得了嘅蟹,侍應跟住又話冇新鮮蟹,要用軟殼蟹代替,隻軟殼蟹唔知係咪太軟,所以完全融化晒,真係用顯微鏡都搵唔到⋯一句講晒‘不知所謂’,絕對趕客😡😡😡 continue reading
