金X飛航做優惠,來回船票200蚊。一家三口又坐艇過大海,在新口岸Lapa酒店游泳後,來到新馬路大三巴這邊晚餐~掃街也! 在小巷中,找到胡椒餅!標榜是<米芝蓮街頭小食推介>的!  翻查網頁,2016-2017年街頭小食入選名單,是註明<台灣帝鈞胡炭烤椒餅>。現在店名卻没有<台灣>二字! 有點懷疑,這家是否當年入選米芝蓮的小店?  再看到價格,每件19個大洋,確實偏貴。只能怪:呢度係遊客區,預左比人劏! 每天有大量內地遊客,再貴都有人買來試試。  胡椒餅    視覺:原來胡椒餅已經提前放入紙袋中,排列在收銀附近的爐頂。客人付款後,職員可馬上把紙袋交給客人,所以全家無需等待,馬上有得食。  並非台北饒河街胡椒餅方式! 手感:隔著紙袋,也感到胡椒餅的溫暖,餅面不算太硬身。   嗅覺:咬開第一口時,嚐到餅皮的味道。然後是很弱的胡椒香氣。 口感動味道:餅皮較煙韌,乾身,但不會有餅碎掉下來。中間餡料肉汁少,也没有溢出明顯油份。油份&肉汁都滲入餅皮了! 因為肉餡比例小,胡椒味不太濃。食完,肚子仍然覺得很空虛。 剛才掃街,已經分別享用過咖哩牛腩和鍋貼呢! 而每件胡椒餅19蚊,卻未能讓我有飽足的感覺,何解呢? 店名没有<台灣>二字,何解呢? continue reading

29-12-2018 (Sat)晚,同爸爸,佢朋友,我老公4人,食完晚飯,睇埋大三巴光影節o既表演,行返轉頭,問老公食唔食呢o度o既胡椒餅?因為我o地o係台灣都遇唔到.佢答食啦.嗯,買兩個4人分.買o左返o黎係暖手,睇睇,外表唔油膩,老公一啖咬落去,冷不防大叫好熱,叫我o地小心食,佢燙親咀.原來其實佢o地一直烘熱住,所以饀料好熱,亦有好多汁,係爆晒汁,味道唔係好辣,接受到.其他:由於內裡真係好熱,我提議店方o係紙袋上加印”小心燙咀”提醒客人. continue reading

見這個台灣的小食大有來頭,頗出名,未食過今天就試試。🌈$18一個胡椒餅付錢後店員直接從旁邊送上一個紙袋子載著胡椒餅,並不是直統由鍋邊拿出來,感覺少了點風味。拿上手時胡椒餅微溫,並不是熱辣辣的。名為胡椒餅先入為主覺得會是很濃的胡椒味,咬開原來胡椒味比我想像的弱,也不嗆口的胡椒味。餅皮算脆,但不是那種酥軟香口的口感。裡面有肉餡,但不夠飽滿,肉汁也不多,油卻很多。整體味道普通,吃一個試個味道就算,不要抱太大期望。 continue reading

幫襯胡椒餅只有一個原因,就係比較一下台灣胡椒餅好食定係澳門哩個胡椒餅好味,因為,今年9月會去台灣旅行。由於只係試味,所以只係買一個就足夠。總括哩講,絕對唔差,餅身外脆內軟,內裡豬肉肉汁豐富,餡料份量適中。個餅本身無咩味道,但夾埋豬肉餡料之后,即時變身成為一個好好食嘅胡椒餅。不過,話就話胡椒餅,但食落無咩胡椒味。奇怪嘅係,一個唔錯嘅胡椒餅點解無咩人幫襯?最後,同自己講,記住哩個味,到時去台灣有機會食胡椒餅的話,比較一下邊個好食。 continue reading
