#搞串個pantry話說我哋喺 #澳門 🇲🇴 #新馬路 行緊嘅時候🏛️,見到有一間舖頭排晒長龍🔥,於是就即刻去Google下📱。原來佢係一間好出名嘅燒味舖頭🐓,主打黑椒燒鵝🪿,所以我哋根據網上嘅comment💬,揀咗午市晚市交界嘅時間嚟到🌅,結果真係唔使等位😆。我哋嗌咗🔴燒味雙拼(叉燒、黑椒燒鵝)($130),同埋🔵白飯($15/碗)。呢個價錢💰以香港物價去睇,唔算貴😛,唔知道味道係咪好出色呢?叉燒🌟🌟🌟我哋個拼盤用嘅係瘦叉🐽,肉質本身唔算多汁,不過底下嘅黑椒味🧂醬油汁都幾香,而且有油脂香味😋,點埋叉燒都唔錯。而且裏面有少部份係半肥瘦叉😍,有埋叉燒本身脂肪嘅半肥瘦😆就更加重油香味,正好多。黑椒燒鵝🌟🌟🌟🌟燒鵝畀咗鵝脾💕,本身嘅鵝油香味🪿真係幾好食,而且肉質都算腍🫦,唔會好癡牙或者好老。最特別嘅位係⭐️,佢用咗黑椒碎調味🧂,除咗燒鵝同埋醬油嘅味道之外🤤,仲有一層黑椒嘅香味,味道都唔錯。不過其實同香港🇭🇰食到嘅燒鵝味道質素差唔多。價錢💰:6 /10味道😋:6.5 /10口感🫦:6 /10賣相🍽️:6 /10環境🪴:6 /10推薦指數❤️:6.15 continue reading

係新葡京同葡京參觀完,就係附近搵野食,點知原來都幾難搵🤣想搵間地舖又平平地又啱食都唔容易,幾經辛苦行左3、4條街,終於搵到呢間舖頭。見到入面都坐滿晒人咁制,而隔離舖就一個客都冇,所以我地都揀左呢間多人食呢舖🤣呢個餐廳原來係食燒味﹐黑椒燒鴨好似係招牌菜🤔不過我就想食雞,所以我就叫左一碗油雞粉雞既份量都好多,又唔會全部都係骨,啖啖肉,肉質都好嫩滑,雞味亦都濃厚,不錯的👍🏻隔離仲有薑蓉調味,令成個湯汁都好惹味,又香口,越食越滋味👍🏻40幾蚊一碗麵又好似唔算太貴?黑椒燒鴨就會貴啲,下次都會想試下😋 continue reading

起身肚餓去到排咗半個幾鐘諗住終於入到去啦叫咗一個例牌黑椒燒鴨再加一個叉油雞例牌然後叉燒上錯咗燒肉咁都算啦唔緊要照食燒肉好普通冇咩特別油雞唔係太好食,口感好鞋鞋到個舌頭好唔舒服然後主角黎啦黑椒燒鴨一上枱真係呆咗十件有九件都冇乜肉仲要勁多脂肪咬唔落口舊舊都好核突肥膏脂肪肉再唔係就好大嚿好難咬,而且好多骨咁盡量咬啲有肉嘅位啦唔覺得有咩特別唔覺得有幾好食而且口感好差,咬落去鞋到喊樓下屋村賣緊一盒盒嘅燒鴨仲好食好多然後食咗幾舊,真係忍唔住想換個侍應一輪嘴係咁講話係正常嘅正常嘅佢哋啲肉係咁樣嘅哦,原來陳光記啲燒鴨係咁嘅原來陳光記啲人都鍾意食咁樣嘅肉嘅然後將啲肉頭肉尾咬曬之後先影相一開頭冇影到,如果唔係會見到更多脂肪肉然後佢哋舖頭啲座位安排又係好差枱枱坐到好逼想做多啲客都唔係咁樣安排啦我坐喺度後面走嘅又撞到我入嚟嘅又撞到我落單侍應送餐又係撞到我真係無下次啦想體驗吓每一隻碗每一對筷子每一隻匙羹都係油嘅同埋最出名嘅黑椒脂肪肥膏多過肉燒鴨同埋會送錯餐嘅同埋會係咁同你講佢哋啲肉係正常嘅餐廳呢可以去試吓 continue reading
