有咩比幫襯一晚更能試得出一間餐廳的水準?答案就係連續幫襯兩晚。今晚係第二晚食茶廳的晚餐,再黎的主要目的係要試「招牌豐哥撈麵」同埋豆角炒牛肉。先入正題講一講個「招牌豐哥撈麵」,用左上乘的蝦子麵,將炒香左的蝦米糝响撈麵面頭,大大提升蝦子麵的蝦子味!值得一提係叫佢另上的秘制辣椒醬混入左蝦米碎,非常惹味,但唔建議直接撈入個麵度,否則「泥牛入海」食唔到佢獨特香味。用筷子尖沾上少少辣辣油,再夾一啖撈麵,更能雙得益彰!至於「馬拉盞豆角炒牛肉」出乎意料之外地「咸」,同我對茶廳印象中比較偏淡的風格迥然不回。除左馬拉盞的咸味之外食不出任何特別之處,牛肉卷埋一舊內藏一pat馬拉盞真係咸到翻天。今次「翻啅」(不是反枱)之旅令我對茶廳的興趣同新鮮感暫時告一段落,睇怕能令我再有所牽掛的只有其秘制蝦米辣椒醬。
