Visited Ritz again at Ozone. They recently collaborated with Weekend and had a new menu. The menu includes a glass of champagne AND cocktail. For those who have visited Ozone, these drinks can cost up to 100-200+ a glass so 988 for the whole set menu is a definite discount.The view is stunning as usual at Ozone. The snack packed many flavors into it and went well with the champagne.
The starter was totally amazing. Even my friend, who didn't like oysters and prepared to give her oyster to me, gulped it down straight away, not giving me a chance to steal it from her. The caviar was not overpowering.
For this dish, I need to admit if you don't like Miso you may not like it as when the dish it put down, you can already smell the aroma of miso. Lucky for us we both love it. The skin was crispy and the fish was so tender.
After the sea bass, they will serve this cocktail. Our server kindly explained the drink and explained how they use the seed in the middle to act as both a decoration and the "ice".
The beef was really well seasoned and juicy. I loved their quinoa a lot as well.
Finally dessert. It was plated beautifully like always. The chocolate cake matched well with the Mascarpone making it a perfect end to our dinner
