To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 蘭桂芳高質日式餐廳FUMI冬の鍋menu前菜三文魚籽蟹肉湯葉鮮味爆棚,入面疑似腐竹滑滑的口感同魚籽一齊好夾;刺身有帶子/油甘魚/甜蝦/三文魚,品質新鮮,有budget嘅仲可以加多$180升級成海膽/吞拿魚中腩/深海池魚/油甘魚輪到主角鍋物,四款湯底當中比較特別嘅有秘製骨膠原濃雞湯同埋秘製山椒辛香辣湯,聽聞辣湯好正不過我唔食辣就揀咗前者,雞味幾醇幾甜唔會話好濁好膩咁,每人都有一份200g嘅宮崎A4和牛,如果唔食牛仲可以揀360g宮崎白豚肉,份量仲多啲添。我呢個牛怪當然揀和牛啦,雖然係切片但食落都幾有份量唔會薄到紙片咁,肥膏量亦唔算多,啖啖肉好滿足呢
