To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨午再來逸東軒午餐,人懶,無食早餐,所以係 brunch, 叫了個四人套餐,$1,288, 都算豐富,有點心、有 signature 叉燒、有老火湯、有小菜、有雞、有河粉和甜品!12:20 落單,可能滿座吧,催促一次,13:08 才來點心!先講點心,蝦餃外皮薄,蝦彈牙,帶子燒賣新鮮、口感爽,腸粉也不錯;叉燒係我最喜歡,肉鮮、肉質細嫩,味道回味,可惜缺了幾根伴碟既青菜,否則滿分,哈!海蜇雖然爽但有點腥,唔係咁討好!老火湯西赤小豆粉葛,上枱時仍然燙熱,原味,應該無添加!素卷有驚喜,唔會煎 (唔係炸) 得過火,既香且嫩!小菜比較失望, 就好像一般酒樓喜宴既質量!脆皮雞出色,應該唔係雪雞,有雞味、皮脆肉嫩!帶子炒河粉保持水準!甜品紅豆沙真係好 “沙”, 有陳皮香,豆腐花都唔錯,甜度剛好!整體都唔錯!還會再來 !
