The reason why this is titled stay tuned for exciting lunches is that you have to keep an eye on their FB to see the latest menu that excites you.A few weeks ago I didn't check their FB so I missed their Emerald Horizon which is green pea risotto with sakura shrimps topped with a huge prawn.This week the honey chicken with crispy rice balls sounds good but if your going on a Saturday you have to get their early because 1:30pm is the last order!★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★oolong ginseng tea:started off wi

started off with the oolong ginseng which has a slight bitter sweet aftertaste.

Insalata di polpo:
This was baby octopus and cherry tomatoes in a grape vinegar dressing.I found the octopus surprisingly tasty which was apparently tasteless a few weeks ago because the guy on the other table had it before.
The salad beneath was fresh and the grape sauce was really appetizing.

pork and plum:
This was roast suckling pig with plum, apple and mint sauce.
I ended up asking for more mint sauce because it was really tangy and the suckling pig was nicely done, the skin was extremely light and crispy and the meat was really tender.Normally I don't order suckling pig because they tend to be oily and fatty but this one was scrumptious.

dessert:
The dessert didn't fail because there was honey cake, ice cream and a flawless pudding but when you browse the desserts they have served, this one did not excite me!But it all depends on what they have set for the menu that week!
The other exciting desserts they had were:Maple mandarin in a smooth crystal jelly
peanut filled dumplings in a tapioca concoction
fresh peach cooked in port wine served with icecream
red bean & green tea cake with coconut pudding (see FB photo)

As I always believe, good food is being there at the right moment and time.
