放工急急返上水食個 lunch,今晚同事 BBQ 及大閘蟹聚會,突然變左我負責加料買海鮮囉!一心諗住去東莞佬食粥,但居然兩點半粥都已經賣晒,唯有是但轉場,趕時間。見到城記有蒸飯點心又未試過,就搏一搏啦!點知蒸飯剩返鳳爪排骨飯,點心剩返燒賣,仲要係最後一籠囉,另外仲有鳳爪。原來三點蒸飯點心收工,唔怪得咩都無,坐低左費事又要再轉場。最後一籠燒賣比埋我啦,鳳爪排骨就鳳爪排骨啦,比盅飯我啦。乾蒸燒賣,乾蒸?唔係掛,濕到滴水喎,蒸左成個鐘都唔出奇!熱到辣咀,因為勁多水份,滾水一樣,免強頂得住。蒸到內外都溶掉,燒賣皮漿住個咀,餡料只有豬肉鬆,無蝦無菇,一咬即散,腍劈劈又超濕既燒賣,味道唔洗講當然麻麻!劣質都要 $17 蚊,銅鑼灣曉廚既高質黑松露醬燒賣都係 $20 蚊乍!鳳爪排骨飯,我想食淨排骨飯架。咁既銻兜排骨飯都要 $22 蚊,銅鑼灣曉廚都只係 $28 乍。賣相完全唔掂,色澤暗淡無光,睇落仲好濕,排骨個樣又肥又細舊,完全影響食慾。放膽一試,排骨肉質散,味道一般,鮮甜味欠棒,有點死實,唔難食既。個飯底咁奇怪既?明明濕淋淋架喎,但撈上甜豉油勁好味,飯香濃厚,就係依隻飯香喇!而且飯粒嚥韌飽滿,雖然未及

個飯底咁奇怪既?明明濕淋淋架喎,但撈上甜豉油勁好味,飯香濃厚,就係依隻飯香喇!而且飯粒嚥韌飽滿,雖然未及大埔新明發或林記既質數,不過已經做得好好,就連銅鑼灣曉廚都做唔到。
