As promised, I revisited Passion by Gerard Dubois! There are so many choices I couldn’t quite decide on which one to pick. It took me some time to settle with their Raspberry Mille Feuille. I tried their regular mille feuille earlier and absolutely fell in love with it so I decided to try this other flavour.再戰Passion by Gerard Dubois餅店!甜點選擇太多了,在挑的時候掙扎了一會兒,終於決定要千層酥!之前吃過普通味道的,所以今次想要試試桑莓味。The pastry is still good with lots of crispy layers. 酥皮一樣的脆,一樣的鬆化,不過沒有焦糖味的忌廉,只有吉士,略嫌淡口(我覺得焦糖跟桑莓不是太配,但大概可以加點果醬甚麼的令味道更濃更有層次感一點),而且桑莓不是特別鮮甜,比起超級好吃的焦糖千層酥,這個口味令我有點失望。下次還是要點焦糖味的!
