Does this Michelin Claypot Rice worth the hype❓The Answer is YES😋This place always has a long queue so better to go on weekdays to avoid the crowd. 開年飯又俾到藉口我同啲朋友食餐好,呢晚放工後就去咗西營盤食煲仔飯。晚上8點幾都仲有人排隊,大概等咗20分鐘就入座了。呢間鋪出名煲仔飯,一坐低就叫咗2個先,跟住先慢慢㨂咗幾個小菜。✍🏼臘味滑雞飯 $110一碗飯只要有臘味就會變得好香,呢個飯都唔例外✍🏼白鱔排骨飯$125啲鱔好滑,豆豉又惹味,唔加豉油個飯已經好夠味✍🏼椒鹽九肚魚 $108內軟外脆,好好食,平時少食炸嘢嘅我都忍唔住食多兩舊✍🏼菠蘿生炒骨 $85正常水準✍🏼金銀蛋莧菜 $80好足料,好多皮蛋鹹蛋,我中意好滿足嘅一餐,印象中未食過咁正宗嘅煲仔飯,啲飯焦脆卜卜好正,但就好黐牙 继续阅读

呢間餐廳主打以瓷煲同火山石炮製嘅煲仔飯,全部由老闆親自掌爐,亦有多款煲仔小菜🔥💗油鴨鴛鴦腸煲仔飯 ($145)煲仔飯混以三種米,先用猛火煲飯,飯粒乾透後再加配料,煮熟後再轉慢火焗熟,煮出來嘅飯粒粒粒分明,而且好有米香,飯焦平均分佈成個鍋底,焦香脆卜卜,淋埋甜豉油撈埋一齊食🍚臘鴨、潤腸、臘腸嘅油香滲哂入飯到,尤其潤腸食落好甘香帶陣陣酒香🤤💗白鱔排骨煲仔飯 ($125)豉汁白鱔肉爽肥美,完全無腥味同泥味🪱另外加埋同豉汁非常夾嘅排骨,好嫩滑而且唔會淨係得骨🐷💗臘腸滑雞煲仔飯 ($110)飯面舖上嫩滑嘅雞件,再加埋臘腸嘅油香令成煲飯更惹味🐔💗椒鹽鮮魷 ($118)鮮魷爽口彈牙,炸皮夠薄又夠金黃香脆,椒鹽惹味鹹香🦑 继续阅读

Finally tried out the insanely popular 坤記煲仔小菜 and it’s no surprise why there’s always a long queue outside! ✨ Here’s what we ordered:🍳 窩蛋牛肉飯 - $103 hkd— Definitely a classic choice to go with, all their claypot rice dishes are made to order, so they’re served to your table sizzling hot! The beef was tender, with a good amount of fattiness to it. The semi-cooked egg went perfectly with the beef and added an undeniable creamy finish to the rice that contrasted nicely with the crispy rice at the bottom really well. 🐓 臘味滑雞飯 - $110 hkd— Another option that’s hard to go wrong with! This one definitely has a richer flavour profile to it, mainly coming from the preserved Chinese sausage that has an aromatic meaty flavour and lingering savouriness to it that is further enhanced when cooked. The chicken pieces were also juicy and flavourful, complementing the other flavours nicely. 🦐 蝦仁炒滑蛋 - $105 hkd— This was SO good! They’ve also incorporated salty egg yolks into this which was what gave it that extra boost of flavour and aroma. The shrimps were fresh, with a bouncy texture to it.
