FOOD POISONING ALERT! My 3 year old son had an acute vomit and diarrhea, twice each after drinking their watermelon juice, classic symptoms of overnight watermelon full of bacteria. You can say that there is no dining experience from us because I and my son were away the whole time physically in the washroom. We also had to buy 2 extra sets of shirt and pants because they were full of poop and vomit. Janitor had to be called, many shops witnessed the incident at B2. We brought this to their attention on the spot and were told that it's our fault for letting our child drink the juice. No apology and just denial from the waiter and waitress when they are the ones who forbid us to drink the water that we brought and gave blank eyes when we ordered no drinks. We called again at night time because my wife who had a sip started feeling abdominal pain and diarrhea 4 hours after; and Eva the manager denied and claimed that it must be something else that we ate before dining there. What a scientist Eva is knowing that it's definitely not their drink, and that we are only traveling for a few days and kept no feces or vomit samples. She claimed that many people drink their watermelon juice and reported no problem. You'd think that dining at K11 and top of the line looking restaurant is safe, it's not, and attitude+service are just as bad. Food is mediocre at best, makes me wonder if people in HK have good taste or not

開得係K11 musea環境肯定唔會差，鏞鏞嘅室外景都可以算係K11其中一個打卡點，冇得彈！招牌燒鵝係一定要試嘅，呢度位上嘅湯都唔錯，絕對有水準，開得係商場入面，價錢都有返咁上下！

今晚天氣不是很熱，所以選坐在在室外，原來個景勁靚，仲要睇到幻彩詠香江！去到鏞記怎能不吃燒鵝，真的美味！不肥而且肉質嫩口，加上特制醬汁，一定要試！因為想吃到清淡，選了桂花蟹肉炒粉絲及杞子竹笙浸菜遠，味道很好及很足料！甜品叫了大白兔糖奶凍及甜桔豆楓葉酥，大白兔奶凍打咭一流，但味道則是桔豆酥勝一籌。最值得讚是服務十分好，待應經常帮我們斟茶。雖然室外只有一至兩枱的客人，但待應很貼心，經常出來看我們有沒有其他需要。
