上環法式小店午餐3個course只要$148起‼️這個價錢在中環上環真的是好抵呀!而且這個價格已經可以選他們最出名的🦞🥐龍蝦湯牛角包啦❗️甜品還可以選我超喜歡的cream brulee🐷主菜我選了黑毛豬腩,朋友選了三文魚,味道都不錯,就是份量比較少,不過3個course吃完絕對飽🥤lunch set還包一杯飲料,居然可以選橙汁店內環境不大,室外的環境非常chill🌟超級推薦這間餐廳吃完还可以在附近的PMQ或者九如坊玩 继续阅读

想不到假日都有set lunch ,而且便宜又好味! 龍蝦湯牛角包很有特色,雖然有湯在內但 個包仲係脆嘅。Main couse點了龍蝦汁蟹肉伊麵,伊麵的味道和質感都很好,另外點了冬陰功海鮮意大利飯,味道濃鬱帶一點點辣,好咪! 继续阅读

Going through the list of restaurants in restaurant’s week, I want to try something that I haven’t tried before. And I found this. The restaurant was famous for lava croissants. Located in Sheung Wan along the steps perpendicular to Gough Street and Hollywood Road, this little restaurant gave you weekend vibes right away even on a weekday.It’s a small restaurant and the tables are very close to each other. A table for 2 is actually splitting a table for 4 with a transparent plastic separator in between. Suspected it’s there since the pandemic, which adversely affected the ambience.Usually, croissants with fillings are desserts. When I noticed one of their signature lava croissants was with lobster bisque, how could we not try that? Since the soup texture was thinner than cream, once we cut open the croissant, the soup basically was spraying out. It’s not as nice as the mild, slowly flowing out movement of cream. The soup, perhaps being placed inside the croissant, was lukewarm, rather than hot, which I prefer soup either served hot or cold, but never lukewarm. Part of the croissant also got soaked in soup very soon, which was not the texture that I preferred. When you dip bread into soup, you usually use bread that was a bit hard, so that when you eat the soaked part, the softer texture was alright. The texture of the croissant was soft to start off with, so once soaked with the soup, it got even softer. Not a good idea.For the main, we tried their seared sous-vide fresh Norwegian salmon, which was good. The inside was tender, while had tried seared salmon elsewhere without cooking it using the sous-vide method yet the inside was even more tender and the outside was crispier.The Iberico pork belly with pumpkin puree was good while the skin was too hard to be eaten. For desserts, we tried the sous-vide crème brulee and the salted caramel espresso lava croissant. The crème brulee had the strong flavour of cream, rather than egg yolks. The taste was too fatty. I actually prefer the regular version elsewhere. The salted caramel espresso lava croissant was nice, as expected, while just like the lobster bisque lava croissant, both the croissant and its content weren’t hot. The restaurant, situated on an inconspicuous street, enjoys a substantial customer base, reflecting its excellent reputation. The dessert selection is outstanding, with the three-tiered afternoon tea being particularly popular.午餐 Set Lunch ($148)招牌龍蝦湯流心牛角包  Signature Lobster Bisque Lava Croissant前菜有多款可供客人選擇,有清新的沙律及其他招牌美食。是次揀選了餐廳最具人氣的龍蝦湯流心牛角包。牛角包賣相雖然平平無奇,但一切開內裏的龍蝦湯不斷湧出,視覺十分震撼。本來以為這麼多的龍蝦湯會令牛角包吸收太多湯而變得太軟,因而影響口感,同時亦會很膩,但問題卻沒有發生在這牛角包上,它的口感仍保持得非常酥脆,另外龍蝦湯也非常鮮味。 The menu features a variety of appetizers, including refreshing salads and other signature dishes. The standout choice is the popular lobster bisque lava croissant, visually stunning as the lobster bisque oozes out upon cutting. Despite concerns about the croissant absorbing too much soup, affecting its texture and becoming soggy, this was not the case , it remained delightfully crispy with the lobster bisque offering a rich and fresh flavor.海鮮冬蔭公意大利飯 Tom Yum Mixed Seafood Risotto雖然說是冬蔭公味,但飯不算太辣,偏向以酸味為主,所以中和了芝士及牛油的油膩感覺,令人想一口一口吃下去,而海鮮的款式多﹐新鮮之餘,當中大蝦非常爽口彈牙。另外,意大利飯的軟硬適中,值得一提的是飯是混合了薏米,令口感更加豐富。While described as Tom Yum flavored, the risotto is not overly spicy but leaning towards acidity, balancing the richness of cheese and butter.
