過開海有事做,約响附近返工嘅好好好姊妹食個晏先,佢推薦呢間,因為佢想食臭豆腐。係有臭豆腐嘅嗅覺,即叫即炸熱辣辣,一口一啖,醮甜醬、豆瓣醬呢個黃金組合,絕對係為佢而嚟嘅高級版街頭小食。錢江小炒,用豆腐乾絲、醃菜(唔知係咩菜),係清淡版嘅小炒王。紅油抄手,皮薄餡多,但味道唔算驚喜,$118確實有點貴。生煎鍋貼煎至皮脆,餡有肉汁,食得出製作用心,好好味。 继续阅读

心血來潮去杭州酒家吃傳統懷舊菜式。先來一個醉香乳鴿,體積真的不少,浸淫在非常芳香的紹興酒內,乳鴿可口,刀工也很幼細,方便一口吃。再來兩客蟹皇翅,味道非常濃郁,內有很多蟹黃,稍嫌薑味比較重,比較一般的紅燒翅美味很多,非常濃郁。再叫了一個龍井蝦仁,蝦仁非常新鮮,蝦的體積比較細隻但配以浙醋非常鮮味,龍井味芳郁,值得一吃再吃。再來一個醬烤茄子,魚香茄子吃得太多了,這個醬烤茄子非常濃味配以豬肉絲及春筍,不會太油膩,所有醬汁入了茄子內非常好味,值得推薦!最後來一個煎鍋貼,體積比較大,雖然只有四隻已經很飽了。整體來說,水準很好,我會再來吃。 继续阅读

一撞門口就覺得呢間小店有種家庭式嘅溫暖感覺,不過心諗應該又係普普通通嘅小食店吧。一落口嘅炸彈雞軟滑到不得了,啲香料又融合得好自然,真係香到出晒神!啲蛋撻就算啦,皮酥餡滑,入口即溶嘅程度,整到我差啲叫賣相唔講得咁滑嘅名堂出嚟😳。茶餐廳嘅奶茶平時都係掛住平平無奇嘅形象,但喺呢到真係重撃我嘅味蕾,夠香夠濃,撩得我心癮癮。喺呢間小店嘅過程中,真係食到興奮噴晒,而且感受到佢哋對食物嘅用心同熱情🔥。會揀再嚟啲是既因為食物美味,又因為呢度有家嘅溫馨氛圍。食完後,心情真係靚晒,講真,下次還會特登嚟食!🤤🎉👍 继续阅读
