最近迷上左烤鱼🐟然後发现尖沙咀呢度都有一间烤鱼专门店 今次就试吓先~鲜花椒豆花江团鱼🐟可以拣辣到同埋麻度🌶️好香嘅花椒味仲有嫩滑嘅豆腐加埋汤汁真系好正👍🏼鱼肉鲜嫩配上花椒汤底真系一流🤟🏼酥炸生蚝🦪估唔到呢度除咗烤鱼出色之外其他海鲜小食都一样咁正😻个生蚝超大粒!食落口爆汁💦蒜香牛油烧扇贝🧄蒜蓉同牛油嘅香味好突出😻配上扇贝真系好夹🫶🏻总结:全部菜式都做得好出色可以encore!

又到星期六放假.今日约咗朋友喺尖沙咀睇戏食饭,见天气有少少冻,朋友带咗我去一间火锅餐厅.呢间餐厅嘅鸡煲真系好好味.好值得一试。小鱼儿(金马大厦),餐厅位置喺尖沙咀金马伦道16号金马大厦1,上到去餐厅地方阔落.不过都差唔多坐满客人。首先点咗个极品鲍鱼鸡煲 半只鸡.四只鲍鱼.价钱都系278元性价比高。鸡煲上枱已经闻到好香嘅味道,等佢煮滚焗一阵就食得,入口鸡肉好嫩滑,鸡味又香又甜,最正就系佢嘅酱汁令到鸡嘅鲜味更加突出而且又唔会太辣。配埋我最锺意嘅芫茜洋葱,增添味道层次。第一次食到咁好味嘅鸡煲真好正。日本扇贝四只68元扇贝size唔算大,但系好新鲜肉质爽甜。安格斯肥牛168元 牛肉味香浓,加上油脂分布均匀,有入口即溶嘅感觉,油花令到牛肉味更加香。黄花鱼春88元好少地方有鱼春食,虽然比较邪恶,但系劲香口,鱼春嘅鲜甜味,同鸡煲嘅酱汁味非常爽,味道层次丰富。
