第一次光顧此分店。客人不斷，多數是take away。可能店太小，位太迫之故吧？照舊叫了一柸soya latte。雖然人多，都只等了大概7分鐘。找個位坐下，因為時間關係打開柸蓋散熱。並沒甚咖啡香味，呷一口頗淡。是有點失望，但原意都是"zip"時間，作罷。打算取讀物，全都是一般坊間雜誌，月刊，週刊等。沒有以往世界性文化或設計讀物等。是個別分店感線都變了呢？

我要健康，我要鬆餅lunch食咩？諗唔到喎食健康d啦，要減肥……食鬆餅？……鬆餅又會健康既……Healthy Bran $16呢款就係所謂既健康鬆餅其實睇名都知係bran muffin鬆餅體感覺較乾身，好實在食落有重重既殼物香講真唔會好似其他款式咁油膩咁濕潤成個feel好似light左，好似真係healthy左咁點都好啦，鬆餅呢家野幾健康都唔係d咩低卡高營養既食物減肥？……我也只是唬唬我的脂肪而已

Feel exhausted after grabbing flowers in flower market under the hot sun. It so happened the shop was not too crowded in the afternoon. Let’s get seated and chilled.Aiming at refreshing myself, I ordered a passion fruit chillino ($3x). The sourness of the passion fruit was not as strong as I expected. Instead, there was a pinch of yoghurt flavor, which was refreshing too…I suspected that barista might make me a new passion fruit frozen yoghurt chillino!My hun and I are chocoholics and will definitely pick anything in chocolate if there’s such choice. To go with our drinks, Hun got himself a piece of brownie and me the oreo cheese cake. We tried the brownie first. It’s warm and rich in chocolate taste. Yet, the inside is not moist enough (but not too dry). There were a few walnut chunks inside but usually I care more about the brownie itself. Overall not to bad when you know the price is only around $2x.Then we tried the oreo cheese cake ($3x). Different from what I expected, the oreo cheese cake was not too heavy. There’s a rich taste of oreo cookie and cheese, but the texture was light, unlike what NewYork style cheesecake which might upset the stomach easily if you eat too much. The cookie on top of the cheesecake was not crispy though….mainly because it had been refrigerated for a long time.I don’t think anyone would expect anything extraordinary in this convenient café. But there’s nothing better than having a cold drink and a bit of sweet after a long shopping day in the flower market! Cheers!

幾乎每天 or 隔天就來, 比較靜的一間店, 飲品不錯, 但有時會比較甜..bread 有時翻熱時, 會攪到too dry!! un左 !! 請在呢方面多加注意 ....建議某一個 店員精 神點, 笑多一點!!

我是pacific coffee 的常客，我經常都會去灣仔個幾間嘆咖啡!因為坐吓輕吓嗅吓咖啡香又真係我舒服......最緊要係pacific 啲coffee真係好香好味麻!我最喜愛就莫加咖啡或者熱朱古力.....香濃美味!雖然，噤多間PACIFICE我都未去齊，但我識為每一間PACIFICE coffee都有一定的水準.....但係估都係有例外.....太子哩間分店啲coffee真係.......可以用差黎形容**莫加咖啡~~好小咖啡味，飲落...可以用一般茶餐廳水準黎形容**服務~~都好一般，拾枱比交慢希望這間pacifice有待改善，因為太子無太多coffee shop的選擇!我會試多次當比個機會大家.....請改善!
