Assist Superior in daily operation, including rostering, compiling reports and quality control
協助上司監督日常運作,包括編制班表、編制報告和品質監控
Handle and well-addressed to all enquiries, feedback or complaints from customers
確保妥善處理顧客的所有查詢、回饋和投訴;並向上司彙報所有顧客投訴
Monitor work safety and shop hygiene matters, and follow up improvement work

Manage stock level and conduct stock take

Requirement
At least 2 years experience in Sales or relevant experience. Experience in coffee or catering industry is an advantage
最少2年零售業或相關行業的管理經驗;有咖啡或餐飲業經驗者優先考慮
Flexible, excellent problem-solving skills. Good communication and good customer service skills
