Fast-track 3-month programme ３個月實習培訓計劃

We offer 3-month structured development programmes. You can build on the skills you’ve learned and start training other all-stars in your Shack through this structured trainee training. As part of our quickly and forward-thinking brand, we will provide you with all the tools necessary for a successful Shacksperience, with hands-on training, online learning modules, and a structured path to grow your career.

Requirements 要求:

• More than 1 year hospitality and/or food service experience is a must 一年酒店和/或餐飲服務經驗
• More than 1 year experience in training people is a must一年培訓經驗
• Motivated to learn quickly and grow in a professional, team-oriented environment. 有動力在專業的、以團隊為導向的環境中快速學習和成長。

Job Responsibilities 工作內容:

• Participating in structured training plan with sequence of training, practice, sign off & certifications days 參與不同培訓及認證計劃
• Food prep, customer service, guest interactions, cooking, and cleaning 食物準備、客戶服務、客人互動、烹飪和清潔
• Delivering exceptional hospitality to our guests 為客人提供卓越的款待
• Open availability and flexibility is a must – ability to work any shift 需輪班輪休工作
