Passenger Services Officer 旅客服務主任

Responsibilities

• To provide passenger reception and check-in services To our passengers
• To provide check-in service at Terminal, Hong Kong or Kowloon Airport Express Station, and Skypier
• To answer passenger enquiries at Airlines service Desk
• To provide gate arrival and departure services
• Perform queue management at check-in counter, boarding gate and transfer Desk
• To assist passenger at Self check-in Kiosk and Self Bag Drop Counter
• Candidate with more experience in passenger service will be considered as Service Leader
  
  

職責

• 為旅客辦理登機手續及提供接待服務
• 在客運大樓，香港或九龍機場快線站以及海天客運碼頭辦理登機手續
• 在服務櫃檯解答查詢
• 在登機及抵港閘口為旅客提供服務
• 在辦理登機手續櫃檯、登機閘口和轉機櫃檯進行人流管理
• 在智能登記櫃檯及自助行李託運設施協助旅客辦理登機手續
• 具有更多客運服務經驗的候選人將被視為領隊
  
  

Requirements

• HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• With good communication skills and customer-oriented

• 香港中學會考/文憑5科及格，包括英文（課程乙），中文和數學或同等學歷
• 有良好的溝通技巧包括英語，廣東話及普通話
• 良好客戶服務和溝通技巧
