2023年想補完之前未食既50 top pizza aisa個list不過首先食既係motorino屬於black sheep集團旗下餐廳雖然無上榜50 top pizza但米紙條片入面佢地聲稱當時香港未有人做正宗拿玻里火爐pizza而佢地就係第一間真假我就分辨唔到不過就去左同米紙唔同既灣仔店試下餐廳位置係船街即係bakehouse同神虎既後一條街見到五條友轉入去就係motorino無落場時間我地星期日大約三點半下午茶時間去到都只得一檯客係度我地坐門口窗邊二人檯雲石檯面張檯未算太細餐牌就無下午茶呢間係pizza專門店係無意粉提供既另外都仲有成頁酒menu米紙條片入面女師傅就話佢地磚爐係一半用煤氣一半用杏仁木黎烤焗pizza咁灣仔呢間都見到有個一樣樣既傳統磚爐座陣都無其他客好快就做起第一個margherita賣相幾好批邊比較厚不過同老母pizza一樣有致癌波波但批底豹紋唔算好明顯不過都做到一樣薄身同濕口係一塊好完整既pizza口感煙韌度都幾好但我覺得都係little napoli贏可能果日真係饑寒交迫掛另外果個雖然餐廳有calzone但就揀左更加特別既stella呢個星型既pizza好特別舖左好多塊火腿係面撕開佢入面d芝士仲好似醬汁咁漏晒出黎顛到爆炸雖然唔係傳統pizza但我更加buy呢一塊而餅底個豹紋比起前一個好佢仲比左辣椒油可以加落去中和番漏到顛既芝士更有層次最後甜品點左tiramisu呢塊酒味唔錯同食落都順滑咖啡味都重都唔錯唯一缺點係真係比較貴pizza大部份都超過二百連埋加一兩個pizza一個甜品加埋要五百中平均每人要二百七不過味道就唔差過其他50大pizza始終佢地係用木黎燒可以聞到柴香味咁佢係香港pizza界的確係佔左一席位侍應服務唔差都幾有笑容不過同普遍pizza店一樣需要用英文溝通係有d麻煩既但呢間都值得再戰可以再試下佢地既calzone 繼續閱讀

Bookmark 左好耐的餐廳 。但同期望有點落差,主要係服務同環境都令人卻步。 每人最少都要點一個套餐。前菜,一款點了:Polpette al sugoBraised Meatballs, Calabrian chili , Tomato Sauce肉丸有3粒,有肉味 ,很淋的肉丸,只是蕃茄醬太酸,也沒有蕃茄味。第二款是:Insalata Mista Mixed Greens, House Dressing沙律菜新鮮,爽脆主菜則是拿坡里Pizza傳統石窯即製,上色不太均勻,邊皮比平時吃到的還闊,但整體也做到外酥內濕。MargheritaTomato Sauce, Fior Di Latte , Basil, Pecorino鹹極重,幾乎只吃到鹹味,帶一點點酸,應該來至蕃茄。雖有芝士成份,但芝士味不太出可取是外皮的薄餅包,面是烘得酥脆,同時保持中間軟熟濕潤。即使凍了再吃,也是煙韌。pizza 中間的餅底做到很薄。可是,不過是搓得不均勻,部分是中空。亦有部分烘得太燶,吃到有苦味。從以上2點,可見廚師對食物有多不用心。Soppressata Piccante Tomato Sauce, Spicy Salami, Fior Di Latte, Garlic, Fresh Chili, Oregano, Pecorino芝士味較前一款pizza 濃蒜頭散發出香氣,而辣椒有辣味,帶點點辣,令味道有層次不會只有鹹味。pizza 口感是我喜歡的,但味道則有大大進步空間,或只是不符我的個人口味,但這餐廳是不會回頭之選,尤其考慮過其服務態度及用餐環境。 繼續閱讀

Walking in to an authentic pizzateria, it gave a cozy, warming and welcoming vibe. Friendly staff immediately led us to our seat and served us water. Staff friendly reminded us their size of pizza when considering the food choice.We ordered their caprese and margerita to share. Caprese was definitely a good pick to start today's meal. Loaded juicy cherry tomatoes well coated with the drizzled high quality olive oil. Soft moist and gooey burrata added extra creaminess and milky flavour. The topped basil leaves gave a hint of earthiness. Absolutely loving it. Couldnt resist to keep having a big scoop until finishing the whole dish. Margerita was absolutely promising. Very authentic. Slight burnt edges gave a hint of smokines while dough was soft with a mild yeast flavour. Combining with the sweet marinara flavour and the melty cream mozzarella. Chef mastered the simplest authenticity. Light and indulgent. After a bit of chitchatting, we decided to order their tiramisu and their Italian orange chocolate tart. Tiramisu was spot on. Hint of espresso flavour with a creamy cocoa mascarpone cream. Smooth crème with an espresso soaked sponge. Absolutely delicious. Espresso is always the perfect match with cocoa.The Italian orange chocolate tart (I forgot its actual dish name) was extraordinary. As a chocolate lover, this is a heavenly food. Brownie flavour but lighter. Not as dense hut rich. Love the chopped nuts for a crunch. Dark chocolate paired perfectly with the zesty flavour. Absolutely loving it.As my friend was in a rush catching a plane after, the whole dining experience was quite rush. 好多人話💬🗯️💬呢度嘅薄餅好出色😍🏆仲話贏咗上環有🌎世界排名個間🤭既然講到咁好食🤤咁唔試吓點對得住自己🤣🤣一於約幾個好朋友去👫👫本身嗰日天氣勁凍,但因為入面有個大焗爐🔥🔥所以餐廳內氣溫好暖😌首先叫咗杯白酒飲🍸入口清甜配咗店員推介嘅小食一齊食🍤🍤🍤好match ~~呢份蝦好好味🤤最正係佢個汁🦐💦💦店員都話,就算蝦食晒🫦點都要留低碟汁可以拎黎點薄餅食😮👍🏻黎到主角 #薄餅 #🍕一黎到,見到薄餅面&底都有燒焦嘅痕跡🏁以為食入口會好苦點知,一d都冇🤨而且好好食🤤薄餅入口好軟熟😍😍中間嘅醬料超多🧀🍅🥓用手拎起你會覺得重身🏋🏼‍♀️而且焗得一d都唔乾👍🏻餅底好濕潤,芝士好濃郁🫕而辣肉腸個份好夠辣🌶️兩隻味我都好鐘意😍😍佢呢度一件薄餅會分到四份✌🏻✌🏻For 幾個朋友share唔係好大份店員話,佢哋意大利人🇮🇹其實平時係一個人食一個pizza 唔會分,所以意大利薄餅通常唔會造得太大個(全個用膳過程店員都好nice 🫶🏼)最後,享受埋兩甜品🍫🍮☕️榛子醬薄餅,勁甜我食1/10已經好足夠😂總結😁食完呢度嘅薄餅🍕反唔到轉頭🫢食唔翻其他餐廳嘅薄餅呢間嘅pizza 真係天花板😎💯 繼續閱讀

呢度既pizza係出名,佢個爐係為pizza而設,所以鐘意食pizza 既可以一試。佢餐牌小食既選擇不多,約6款左右, 我哋點左個沙律, Parma ham 拼盤, 蝦小食,tomato with cheese,一個pizza 同埋2個甜品。個Parma Ham 拼盤比想像中大份,有3-4款既Ham, 仲有麵包配埋比你,最出色既小食係個蝦, 好香garlic, 個汁點麵包好好食,我哋食晒麵留起個汁點pizza既包。佢個pizza 個底好薄,所以口感比較林,而個邊既包係好好食,但有少少燶,不過都不影響味道。最後甜品叫左榛子醬pizza 同埋Tiramisu, 個棒子醬pizza 好食, 佢個餅底同咸既pizza 唔同,好似酥皮質地好好食,而tiramisu 酒味較濃,但無同佢講有人生日,就會有人唱歌,又有果汁酒比我地飲,但個果汁酒個酒精味好重,如愛烈酒人士應該鐘意。整體小食同甜品都不錯,pizza口感都好食,但個邊位就有少少燶。 繼續閱讀
