Yellow Tail  Carpaccio  嫩滑嘅油甘魚,浸喺酸酸甜甜嘅汁裏面,配以牛油果醬嘅點綴,整體開胃可口。不過要額外加128 ,性價比有啲低。Amber Jack Carpaccio ★★★★☆ 當日冇Tuna Carpaccio,餐廳改咗Amber Jack Carpaccio。味道同上面嘅油甘魚carpaccio 差唔多,都係酸酸甜甜嘅醬汁,開胃好味。仲要唔使額外加錢,個人覺得較抵食。麵包: ★★☆☆☆ 硬硬嘅法包,冇咩特別。餐枱上邊有啲小蕃茄同檸檬,侍應話可以自己切咗嚟撈沙律咁食。我切咗一個小蕃茄,正常,唔算特別甜。不過個體驗都幾得意。Escargots de Bourgogne 法國蝸牛 ★★★★★ 個人比較鍾意呢個前菜。佢嘅pesto 唔係一般平時pesto 嘅味道,蒜蓉同香草香味比較濃烈,食落有驚喜!我會推介呢碟前菜。主菜:Marinated Baby Chicken 隻春雞就咁放喺一個圓碟,個presentation咁家居嘅!雖然個賣相就一般,不過都係香滑,帶有少許炭燒同香草嘅味道。Grilled “Black Onyx” Sirloin Steak 正正正常高級西餐廳食到牛扒嘅味道,質地偏瘦,唔算juicy。Charcoal Red Bream Shared for Two 本身個人就唔係特別鐘意西餐嘅魚dish ,不過見佢要二人份量,好似好巴閉咁,就試吓。食落去,魚肉質感就係平時煎條紅鯛、或者紅衫魚嗰種嘅質感同味道,不過就有少少檸檬牛油嘅味道。醬汁就唔差嘅,但魚肉又冇話特別滑身。我個人就覺得除非你係魚肉愛好者,可能留個quota試吓其他主菜更好。甜品:Cream brûlée: 又係要二人份量,都整得皮脆內滑。Lemon Tart 檸檬撻:勁酸!Thin Sliced Apple Tart 蘋果撻:相對佢比起其他甜品,份量算細一點,整體味道都OK 。環境: ★★★★☆ 食物: ★★★☆☆ 推介度:★★★☆☆ 繼續閱讀

LPM Restaurant and bar in Hong Kong is undoubtedly one of our favorite dining establishments. Whenever we visit, we can always count on exceptional food and consistent quality. The outstanding service further enhances our overall experience. We often take pleasure in inviting friends to join us at LPM because we know it will never disappoint.During our recent visit, we decided to try the French beans with foie gras salad. Unfortunately, it turned out to be our least favorite dish of the evening. We felt that the beans could have been slightly undercooked and crunchy, which didn't complement the soft texture of the foie gras. However, this minor disappointment did not overshadow the rest of our meal.One aspect of LPM that truly stands out is their fish carpaccio and ceviche selection. We made sure to try them all, and each dish was simply outstanding. Even as someone who typically doesn't enjoy sashimi fish, I found these preparations to be exceptional and highly recommend them. The flavors were expertly balanced, and the freshness of the fish was evident.Moreover, we discovered our new favorite main dish at LPM—the grilled sagabuta pork. The pork was perfectly marinated, and each bite reminded us of the delectable pork chops we used to savor at Lily and Bloom, a restaurant that unfortunately closed down a few years ago. The grilled sagabuta pork was a delightful surprise and left a lasting impression on us.In summary, we cannot recommend LPM Restaurant and bar enough. The overall experience, from the fantastic food to the impeccable service, is truly remarkable. Whether you're a food enthusiast, a couple seeking a romantic dining experience, or simply looking for a memorable meal, LPM is a must-visit. 超級鍾意食田螺,所以生日選擇咗呢間田螺招牌菜嘅法國餐😎一般般以為食法國餐要食好耐,但呢度係限時兩個鐘,只有六點或者八點入座,氣氛都比較輕鬆嘅causal dining~一入座就見到枱面有蕃茄同檸檬,原來係可以自己整沙律食😮蕃茄新鮮鮮甜,檸檬好大個,但係唔知點樣整嚟配沙律食haha✨Calamars Frits $168脆皮魷魚配辣椒&青辣椒去親食西餐,Calamari都係我必叫之選(熱氣王🥵魷魚炸皮好薄,唔辣的,好食!✨ESCARGOTS de bourgogne $238 田螺配蒜頭牛油&Parsley🐌最最最期待嘅菜,可惜有少少落差,肉質比較細,個人偏向更加重蒜頭味,呢款係偏Parsley重🌿 對呢個招牌菜有少少失望~✨Porc Sagabuta Grille $378Grilled Sagabuta Pork推介叫咗medium,厚身但肉質tender,旁邊都燒得蕉香惹味!推薦推薦!🥂Tuesday Escape $130Daron Pays d’Auge, Frangelico, Ferrand Dry Curacao and Apple Shrub個人比較少飲酒,呢杯係都容易入口但都重酒味🥂✨Pain Perdu Facon <Cyrus> $128店員推薦法式多士配Spice Ice Cream 🍨焦糖脆面,入面軟綿綿,配埋雪糕食,好味🙌🏼 但我個碟個雪糕超細粒😂 繼續閱讀

LPM restaurant & bar價錢💲: $588 (restaurant week dinner)/ +$98 beef tartare/ +$168 steak好味程度😋: 4/5 (french toast係5/5!) 服務🍴: 3.7/5環境🗾: 4.4/5性價比🥢: /回頭率😚: 3/5 (除左甜品令我想再來)-上年食過好幾次restaurant week都未有時間post,話咁快又到今年restaurant week,所以決定要清清舊post,而呢間餐廳今年呢轉都繼續有做restaurant week,有興趣的記得去 @diningcity_hong_kong book枱啦。做法國菜的LPM環境高貴典雅,好有外國風情。被吸引來的原因當然係因為個french toast啦😆-✅✅Snail with garlic butter and parsley. 調味好香口,重蒜+parsley的味道。蝸牛唔韌,反而爽彈有咬口,浸係牛油入面,好油潤,絕對係signature頭盤😍-✅Beef tartare with smoked bone marrow mayonnaise. 有別於一般的beef tartare,呢個的牛切成細粒,口感上比較明顯食到一粒粒的牛粒。味道一d都唔腥,因為有面頭大量的炸洋蔥絲+牛骨髓蛋黃醬,酸酸地幾開胃☺️ 仲要撈勻隻鵪鶉蛋食,入口非常creamy!-✅Homemade pappardelle with beef ragu. 手工寬麵非常寬,口感偏硬有彈性,最重要係掛到好多汁,個人好鍾意😚牛肉已經炖到軟曬,一絲絲咁痴曬係寬麵上。番茄汁味道天然,加上好多車厘茄提味,係唔錯的一道。-🆗Grilled black onyx sirloin steak. 呢個雖然叫左5成熟,但食落好韌😳 外層唔夠焦香,肉感好重,唔肥美…同埋味道都唔濃牛味,主要係橄欖油的味道😫-✅✅Mashed potato. 牛扒配的side dish mashed potato都好值得一提,雖然無影到🤣 因為呢個係我食過最綿滑的薯蓉🤤落左奶+cream的薯蓉味道特別香,口感係軟爛都完全無薯粒!-✅✅French toast with spice icecream. 呢個係個個來到都會叫的!frenchtoast外面的糖層厚厚一層,烤過之下脆脆的,又有焦香,同入面軟滑富有蛋香的口感形成對比。入面的toast索夠晒汁,食落軟綿綿🤓 (最好食係多d糖層的邊邊位!) 配埋充滿cinnamon味的雪糕,整體無咁膩。一冷一熱的配搭令人留下記憶點😚-頭盤同甜品都好好食,特別個French toast真係超級難忘🤩係主菜稍微失色,特別牛扒,建議點返其他主菜!不過環境氣氛都好值得一試😋 繼續閱讀
