Wooloomooloo Group自2004年起已致力源用最新鮮的食材,以實而不華的烹調手法,帶來各式原汁原味的佳餚。當中,Wooloomooloo Prime以270度壯麗維港海景聞名,連同其他兩間分別座落於灣仔及尖東海傍的Wooloomooloo Steakhouse,以舒適的用膳環境,再配合專業和親切的服務態度,令客人有賓至如歸的感覺。隨著2012年第一間分店進駐新加玻,Wooloomooloo Group已經蓄勢待發,希望在不久將來發展其品牌到其他亞洲城市。

我提早足足一個月之前透過dining city book呢間餐廳,想同另一半慶祝白色情人節。book枱時寫明想要window side同quiet place, 同埋喺甜品寫字,當日即時餐廳已經WhatsApp同我confirm booking. 去到食飯當晚,可能因為我用優惠book?就算我見到我個名排喺佢個list第一,餐廳都冇安排我坐樓上,坐樓下我問完都係冇得坐窗邊(由我入座到離開張枱都係空)樓下音樂仲要好嘈,戶外食煙啲煙味又飄哂入嚟,我地兩個係傾唔到計。最後我地係嗌咗一個dining city嘅優惠course, 正價beef Wellington同香檳。beef wellington 都姑且接受到要接近一個鐘先上到菜,但佢連餐包都要等咗3、4個字先上菜,crab cake都係我地食完餐包之後3、4個字先上,而坐我地後面張二人枱遲過我地嚟已經上哂成枱野食。不過野食都算唔錯,對得住個價錢,不過唔好用佢任何優惠囉,就算你提早一個月book你嘅priority都係最後。最後食甜品啦,其實我都係簡單叫佢寫隻happy white day, 都係冇嘅,好彩我同另一半都唔係太介意,但就會覺得呢個價錢咁基本嘅awareness都冇,佢冇重視我嘅request, 有少少洗錢洗得唔係幾開心

除夕及元旦午餐香草麵包配橄欖油黑醋汁麵包外層輕輕烘過,外層微微金黃偏乾身,散發香草香味🦀蟹餅配他他醬拼沙拉唔算鮮甜,但每啖都食到絲絲蟹肉,口感軟綿,配帶酸嘅他他醬中和膩感。沙律味道清淡,但唔係酸汁,所以唔會用作解膩。🥩澳洲草飼牛柳配香煎鵝肝,薯蓉及蘑菇醬整碟菜式調味適中,各樣食材都食到原有味道。牛柳本身叫咗Medium Rare,但嚟到明顯熟過頭,估計應該有Medium Well😅,同枱嘅朋友都係比自己原本oder嘅熟度更熟🙃但好在嘅係用料唔錯,所以都唔會好鞋,同埋都keep到牛味,牛柳外層脆面。而鵝肝煎得唔香口,薯蓉質地偏杰身幼滑,充滿牛油香,另外蘑菇醬都充滿菇香,係蘑菇粒製成,並唔係流質液態。🥥🍫椰汁慕絲蛋糕配椰絲脆脆椰絲脆脆屬硬脆,椰絲味唔重,咬到芯有啲啲唔夠透,就嚟黐牙硬硬哋嘅感覺。上層係質地較實嘅朱古力慕絲,朱古力味同甜味唔會霸道,下層椰汁慕絲質地比朱古力慕絲幼啲,帶有輕微彈性,味道更淡。整體食材優質,調味都適中,但烹調可能有失手,因為朋友之前食過都冇overcook,今次食都覺得牛係過熟。同埋上菜速度都比較慢

Happy Hour時段同朋友去坐一陣叫左枝Prosecco,枝紅酒同埋一枝白酒我唔係特別識酒就不多評論反正感覺okay啦週末3pm-7pm仲有happy hour價錢同時點左一個薯條同埋一個炸雞翼炸雞翼唔錯 無論調味定係脆度都幾好但係薯條就好麻麻地份量都唔算多坦白講服務麻麻叫杯水都要叫幾次雖然不排除係我地坐得太遠但係坐出邊真係幾chill齋係為左個景都值得return

#wooloomoolooi dont know how this name come from, its just a ramdom name from australia? this place us high end steak house, seems very expensive. lucky my boss treat us as a lunch for mid autumn fest.very good steak. i ask for medium.they give me a medium. very good control chef.the meat is high quality. juice and pink tinder meat.i dont know the price. maybe 400$ around.very yumyhanks boss!ps : one draw back. the seats are too old and collapsed in the centre, short lady will not high enuf to eat on table....
