202112月的某天,元朗新田大夫第半天遊後,又到晩餐醫肚的時候,家人做過資料搜集,找到附近的歡喜樓地點位於元朗新田東永安路永平村283號地舖餐廳就在村屋的地下層我們有電話預約,而且時間尚早,約五時多,未有客人,起初選擇了的室內座位見鄰座準備的盤菜宴,怕太嘈吵的緣故,最後選擇了室外位置賣相不錯的盤菜室外空氣流通,舒適普通款式的餐具餐牌: 茗茶每位$5也有二至三人套餐選擇點了一個二人餐,A、B,C項各選一款先上的是A項的紫薑皮蛋擺盤賣相不俗,紫薑放在正中心,皮蛋像花一般盛放,皮蛋流心,醬汁帶麻又帶辣,紫薑爽脆不過酸,好味的開始B. 金牌頭抽豉油雞(套餐另外$30)雞色澤均勻鮮亮,份量頗多雞肉香滑濃厚,肥而不膩,肉質細嫩、滋美鮮味,有著冰糖的清甜,酒的芳香,味道超有驚喜C. 肉碎扒四季豆上桌即傳來香噴噴的味道,鑊氣十足,份量大,四季豆入味,干、香、辣,爽材料除了豬肉碎、四季豆,還有好像原粒的欖仁粒粒分明,大大碗的白飯,配頭抽豉油雞,和肉碎扒四季豆拌飯,大滿足套餐還有兩碗例湯沒有味精,大大件節瓜,有家的味道埋單: $2XX,味道令人驚豔的豉油雞,小炒有鑊氣,侍應服務態度不錯,清涼天氣坐在戶外座位,悠閒舒適,絶對值得一試,是夜吃到美味的食物,歡歡喜喜地離開 繼續閱讀

Cam here to celebrate the end of exam with my boyfriend. We drove here and there are plenty of spaces for parking. Needless to say is the services in the restaurant, it is simply the best I have ever experienced, very casual and very nice. I ordered the most popular food (suggest to order in advance, else they would be sold off by the time you arrived.) the soya chicken and roast goose are super tasty and the texture of the meat are just too good to be true. Even I am super fussy about meat, I loved it a lot. On the side we also ordered a Mango pudding, veggie freshly picked from the farm, and milk dessert. I got to admid that everything are freshly made and they are so much better than all these chain restaurants. No wonder it was named as popular star restaurants. I would definitely come back. 繼續閱讀

以前牛潭尾的舊歡喜樓原來搬左去新田。雖然遠左好多,但為左尋找美食一定要去揾!先來清甜無味精菜乾豬肺湯。正!之後有美極蝦,每隻都炸得卜卜脆亦很入味,我一口氣食三隻。作為前菜一流。招牌菜係豉油雞- 每天用新鮮雞製作,連雞胸都很滑。好彩早有預訂,否則7:15 已經沽清。燒鵝皮脆肉嫩,仲有香脆白豆。炒番薯苗夠鑊氣得來不會太多油,很好現在很少地方會做焗魚腸。雖然我自己不太愛吃,但可以試試一家人分享一下淺嚐魚腸嘅甘香。我最愛嘅焗魚頭,只有呢個餸都可以吃一碗白飯! 繼續閱讀

細細個家人已經成日帶去以前在牛潭尾嘅歡喜樓食飯,估唔到事隔多年,在新田重新開返!趁今日做冬,即刻同屋企人來試試,果然不負所望,味道保持水準!先來一份酥炸墨魚仔,又脆又唔會韌,即使放涼左,都仲好夠脆再來一份招牌豉油雞,童年回憶返晒黎色澤夠深又唔會死鹹,雞又夠滑,無得頂呀!見天氣涼涼地,再來一個魚湯羊腩煲,魚+羊,帶出真正嘅「鮮」味!其他小菜都無得彈現場仲有烏龍茶,酸梅湯,菊花蜜任飲,無敵呀!地點坐落新田購物城旁,有車位有車埸,絕對適合駕駛人士! 繼續閱讀

"歡喜樓"以前牛潭尾舊店close左,而家知道佢重開,見媽媽生日,即刻卜番圍重溫以前嘅回憶,懷舊一下最懷念就係隻豉油雞,食🉐️出係用新鮮鷄整,d 鷄肉好嫩滑,非常juicy👍,鼓油汁香濃,出面食吾到試左老細介紹嘅燒鵝,佢地自己燒嘅,皮脆肉嫩👍另外一味特別小菜我從未响出面食過- 青瓜苗, 見到條超迷你靑瓜好鬼得意,食落爽脆走嗰時見到好多枱都有一鍋鍋野滾住好香,問老細係乜嚟,老細話係"魚湯羊腩鍋"佢地用新鮮羊腩加上魚湯帶出鮮味,下次必試! 繼續閱讀
