This bar's talented mixologists have truly outdone themselves by incorporating various teas into their craft, resulting in a delightful array of beverages that cater to the most discerning of palates. The bar was also not too noisy and comfy enough for a nice catch-up with friends. No wonder it is complimented as one of the top 50 bars in Asia.One of their “teatails”, fused with white peony tea, clarified raspberry, oats, and honey, cold press lemon, and vodka. Delectable concoction indeed. The clarified raspberry added a layer of tart sweetness, while the oats and honey provided a velvety smoothness.

Tell Camellia is one of several very good cocktail bars in the area around Cochrane Street and Hollywood Road. They are a tea inspired bar that landed just outside the 2022 Asia Top 50 list. Opening hours are 5pm to 2pm daily. The inside area is a bit small and slightly intimate, darkly lit in the evening. There are a few outdoor seats as well. Cocktail list is based on tea infused spirits that are used to make up delicious cocktails that are fun to try. Sit at the bar and the bartender will happily explain the drinks to you. They do a few light bar snack items. The tater tots are fine, go well with the drinks. We very much enjoyed the Winter Smoke (Teatail), Bees & Flower and the house class Oolang Old Fashioned. Overall, Tell Camellia is a neat addition to the cocktail bar scene in Central. It offers a nice chance of pace and a fun place to try with friends or to hit on date night as well.
