很久沒有來這裡了, 這次來見燈光比之前亮了,服務依然係這裡亮點。當晚的酒係buy 1 get 1 free 所以通常少飲酒的客人都會因為呢個原因,叫一杯來搞搞氣氛。食物方面,煙燻生牛肉松子沙律除了賣相得之外,份量都相當慷慨,豉油做嘅啫喱唔太咸同時又感覺到豉油嘅鮮味。配合剛烤起的松子仁另一前菜係香煎帶子配似乎係慢煮咗嘅豬腩肉。配以甘荀茸。雖然帶子被煎至全熟。可能廚師想焦色表現得漂亮一點。龍蝦湯的確無話可說的好,無論湯的顏色,杰度,鮮味都平衡得宜。肉眼扒生熟度做到要求的,只係肉有少少筋。主菜另一個的波士頓龍蝦闊條麵都好味,甜品選兩個:Yoghurt Panna CottaIvoire namelaka, lemon curd, raspberry gel, orange streusel Mandarin Chocolate cakeAlmond Biscuit, Chocolate Cremeux, Light Chocolate Ganache Mandarin Compote無可否認,這店的甜品從來都不會令人失望,雖然款式不會太多。 繼續閱讀

叫咗指定套餐,頭盤有選擇困難症,兩樣都想試, WARM GOAT CHEESE & IBERICO HAM 同 蕃茄忌廉湯,waiter 好好,主動幫我哋準備share, 個湯夠熱,啱曬落雨天好想暖下身,另外個goat cheese 都好開胃。主菜我哋叫咗 UNI TAGLIATELLE 同 AUSTRALIAN JACKS GREEK STRIPLOIN 🥩share食,個牛好出色,相反個TAGLIATELLE就普普通通。甜品個PISTACHIO LAYER CAKE 好有賣相,襯咗🦋裝飾好靚,至於飲品我哋叫咗凍檸茶同埋latte,凍檸茶Standard但latte就唔好飲。 繼續閱讀

頭盤蟹肉沙津有牛油果同basil雪芭on top,外貌望落已經好開胃,蟹肉食落十分鮮甜,雪芭令成個菜式多咗層口感,十分推薦!龍蝦湯鮮味十分,龍蝦味濃郁唔會有水稀稀嘅感覺,碗湯加咗龍蝦肉同少少牛油,令整體飲落更加creamy。主菜係10oz嘅ribeye,食完頭盤個份量剛剛好。牛肉肉質嫩滑多汁,外層脂肪比例亦剛好,令牛肉唔會太乾身,個人推薦必點之選!最後甜品不太推薦的mango passion fruit lollipop,食落似蛋糕味道,不過味道個人不太能接受。餅底同芒果做配料,餅底相對有少少硬唔夠脆。 繼續閱讀

My friend is a member of the Marriott Bonvoy and enjoys a 30% discount on Flint’s menus. The restaurant offers a range of dinner set options ranged from $700 - $1000 with the Tomahawk at $1900 for two. While the overall dinning experience was not the best, there were still some noteworthy highlights that deserve a mention.The bread was crispy, soft and delicious. It would be better if it was cut into smaller pieces so that it could be put into the mouth without tearing. It was a bit embarrassing to see flakes of bread crust all over the table.The lobster bisque had a velvety texture and hints of lobster flavor but didn’t leave a lasting impression.The scallops were cooked to perfection and had a beautiful caramelized crust and a tender interior. Served with roasted heirloom carrot, common yam, golf tomatoes and mashed green beans, the dish was a highlight of the meal.The salad was vibrant in color with a frozen mint dressing at the top. The king crab meat was sandwiched in the middle with plenty of avocado cubes in the bottom. However the crab meat was not as flavorful as expected but still added a touch of luxury to the dish.The dry aged striploin was a special menu item and was decently cooked. Dry aged steak was supposed to be tender and soft but the one served was slightly gristly in texture.The linguine showcased a delightful combination of marine flavors. The prawn was “king” in size and nestled amidst a medley of fresh seafood. The linguine was cooked to a pleasant al dente texture and the creamy sauce also added a touch of richness to the dish.The dessert was a refreshing treat that provided a burst of tropical flavors. The combination of mango and passion fruit sorbet enrobed in a marshmallow-liked lollipop shell was enjoyable.The dessert showcased a fascinating blend of flavors. The mille-feuille was in the form of a waffle, which was not as light and crispy as the ordinary mille-feuille with layers of flaky pastry. 慶祝生日的好地方,座位寬敞,環境一流,無敵靚景。lunch menu 相當划算,龍蝦🦞 很大隻,又新鮮,彈牙鮮甜,不二之選。 今日的餐湯🥣非常大碗,麵包🍞也很有嚼勁,陪牛油一絕。牛排🥩賣相非常好,值得推薦。🐟魚肉非常清甜,份量也很足。 繼續閱讀
