As a regular to their Shatin branch, such a let down with CWB one. No wonder they are not busy here. Always enjoyed the coffee at Shatin branch, Used to go every week and also buy bean from there (house blend big wolf). Honestly, the flat white I ordered at Cwb one wasn’t up the standard. I threw it in the end. What a shame coz I love coffee. The balance was off. The bean wasn’t as aromatic at all. Is it becoz of lower patrons flow there l? I hope they look into the consistency across different branches

Seemed that the craze for pancakes has passed. Got in with no waiting time!We ordered two pancakes, one with strawberries and one with bananas. Both tasted okay. The pancakes were quite fluffy. Liked the one with bananas more. The bananas were caramelized. Not too sweet. The portion was big enough for a girl. Wanna try the savoury pancake next time.

18 grams在銅鑼灣有兩間分店，這間在Times Square地庫的Citysuper裡面。鋪頭不大，有四個座位，barista在bar臺裡操作。咖啡選擇black / white都有，調味奶咖也有，有時會有冰滴咖啡供應，個人覺得這裡的𣲙滴咖啡香濃但偏苦小小，也許是當日咖啡豆的關係。奶咖質素都不錯，和街對面的coffee corridor出品水準相若。特別推薦這里的soy milk coffee，豆奶選得好，香濃且亳無豆腥味，更是目前為止本人試過的，唯一可以和咖啡搭配的soy milk。問過店員，是Bonsoy牌的古法生機豆奶，貌似HKTVmall就有售。當然店員沖咖啡的手勢也很不錯。炎炎夏日逛商場累了在這裡小憩一下，嘆杯咖啡都不錯地。
