之前一直都想試呢間阿木台灣麵,但因為經常大排長龍,所以都未有機會試到。今日可能因為係平日加上適逢下午茶時段所以未坐滿,終於可以試吓啦!❇️紅燒牛肉麵 $74▶️湯底味道濃郁,但又唔會過鹹。牛肉非常大嚿,雖然切得厚,但肉質依然軟腍,而且好入味,麵質爽口彈牙。❇️鹽酥肉便當 $63▶️包括三款前菜小食,有菜莆、滷水蛋半隻同埋花生烤麩肉燥飯多汁,雖然已經叫咗少飯,但都依然有一定份量,鹽酥肉炸完後,入面肉質依然粉嫩,而且亦夠腍,只係略嫌味道較淡,但可以自行另外再點枱上面的淮鹽嚟食,味道就剛剛好了!❇️芝士肉鬆蛋餅 $45▶️我個人好喜歡食蛋餅,但響香港好難搵到一間真係做得比較正宗而且好食嘅蛋餅,但呢度嘅蛋餅比到我有驚喜,因為外皮做得好軟熟亦唔會好厚,入面亦有蛋香,而且肉鬆份量都幾多,真係做到貼近台灣食到的地道蛋餅味道👍🏻❇️台式炸大腸 $45▶️呢個小食亦係令我覺得好有驚喜的🤩!大腸外皮炸得香脆,入口脆卜卜,每一片的味道都好有鹹香,唔會有內臟的怪味之餘,亦唔會炸到油淋淋,而且份量都唔少,好食推介!👍🏻❇️熱黑糖珍珠奶茶 (跟餐+$16)▶️唔會太甜,奶同茶的比例平均❇️熱金鑽鳳梨四季春 (跟餐+$17)▶️有淡淡的鳳梨香味,底層亦都有少少鳳梨果肉,叫咗微甜,甜度剛剛好餐廳雖然地方唔大,但勝在食物質素佳而且價錢唔貴份量亦多,難怪經常排長龍!

差不多兩點去到都要排隊拎飛。坐低之後D食客都絡繹不絕,相信食物有一定的質素。台灣食物中,我最愛的就是紅燒牛肉麵和芝士蛋餅。每次去台灣都必定會食。所以今次都叫了紅燒牛肉麵、芝士肉鬆蛋餅同奶蓋烏龍茶。紅燒牛筋牛楠面果然係必叫,我見每枱都有人叫。牛楠有驚喜好地道,炆得好入味又軟熟,贏茶木幾條街。牛筋有慢慢的骨膠原,夠火候完全不硬。食得好滋味。芝士肉鬆蛋餅超大份,每塊都爆多肉鬆。但芝士較少。特別推薦呢個奶蓋烏龍茶,呢度的奶蓋好過出面的茶飲店。夠濃厚好滋味,烏龍茶甜度適中,同奶蓋互相輝映。呢間係高質的台灣菜!
