去到葵廣 見到雞煲汁既小食 即刻買咗個細雜燴食吓 細雜燴有魚蛋 豬皮 牛柏葉 同埋玻璃魷魚 啲餸就係煮好再撈雞汁 四個餸都唔會煮得太耐 所以 一啲都唔淋 好爽口 而且 呢幾個餸都好掛汁 每件都有雞煲汁 食落好有胡椒香味 同麻辣味 我就叫咗小辣 都唔錯 雖然係細雜燴 但係 偶樣野食都唔會得兩三件禁少

Cold noodles just flavored with sauce and crisp toppings. A great item for those a hot day. Thunder Chicken has this and offers it as a street eat. And why not? It's food that is easy to handle and eat without being messy.Menu is in Chinese only. There is no 10% service charge. It's also a take away stand.Ordering is done by customizing your order by how spicy, etc. They have two sizes. Additional items costs extra.We shared a $28 bowl. It had the noodles with a mild spicy sauce. There was shredded chicken, spring onions, cucumbers and parsley. It was really good. Fresh with enough sauce to not feel cloyingly dry. The noodles were springy. The chicken meat was deeply flavored and tender. It was a fairly good size portion as well. A great cheap eat.

Food hunting in Kwai Chung Plaza is always my favourite activity before watching a theater drama in Kwai Tsing Theater. This time, I visited Thunder Chicken.I like how Kwai Chung Plaza promotes “Naked Buy”, which you bring your own reusable container, and the shops will put your ordered food in it instead of using disposable eating utensils.This is the Chicken Lo Mien I got in my own lunch box (yay!). The garlic was so good, adding flavor and a bit of spicyness to the noodles. I opted for mild spicy, and it turned out just the right amount of spicyness to me. The noodles were cold noodles, not a bad choice for lo mien!I don’t usually eat that much garlic, so it left me quite thirsty after finishing the whole noodles.
