ZipZip📍銅鑼灣霎西街28號必發商業大廈1樓朋友知道我一向好鍾意去一啲可以打卡嘅地方食嘢,當佢同朋友去過Zipzip後,決定帶我去食一次,話我一定會好鍾意嗰度嘅vibe,亦會欣賞佢高質嘅環境同食物!知我心意嘅佢又點會甩轆呀,去到見到大量好有個性嘅擺設、海報同浮誇嘅裝飾,人未食,相機就已經食先。因為訂咗位,所以店員安排我哋坐喺大玻璃窗下,配合各種串燈燈飾,有種似坐喺室外嘅感覺,既有玩味又幾浪漫。我仲同朋友講笑話,嚟呢度食情人節晚餐都唔失禮喎,佢就好得戚咁講:「緊係啦,我揀㗎嘛!」佢食過一次之後,話好欣賞設計menu、菜式同門面嘅人,因為可以感受到佢哋嘅用心,由選料配搭到擺盤命名,每一環都幫助到營造氣氛,令人放鬆享受每道菜嘅滋味。 💰$158有蟹GO又有蟹肉的蟹蟹蟹意大利扁麵 🦀菜名有5個蟹字,可想而知蟹味有幾濃!雖然個名古靈精怪,但真係名副其實有齊蟹膏、蟹肉、蟹鉗同蟹籽,賣相吸引,味道一流。呢道意粉選用扁身、較掛汁嘅linguine,以大量蟹膏、蟹肉、同蟹籽調製醬汁,入口滿滿蟹味!蟹膏醬偏灰,蟹味濃厚甘香,拆絲蟹肉、小蟹鉗淡香清甜,蟹籽增加色彩同口感,完美運用到蟹嘅每一部份。份量唔算多,但勝在口感香滑有層次,意粉麵質爽口,值得推介。 💰$138以為食緊片皮鴨比薩 🍕菜名講出我嘅心聲,食食下真係講咗句:「我以為食緊片皮鴨pizza!」雖然俾對pizza好有執着嘅意大利人見到可能會嬲到震,但我自己其實一向好鍾意食fusion pizza,咩三杯雞pizza、榴槤pizza、泡菜豬肉pizza,我都食過,而且仲幾鍾意食添!呢度嘅pizza統一都係十吋薄批,無一般好厚好多芝士嘅crust,係我最鍾意嘅脆脆口感!Pizza dough上鋪滿拆絲烤鴨肉,灑上食片皮鴨常見嘅配菜—青瓜條同京蔥。令整道菜錦上添花嘅係佢嘅秘製醬汁,還原片皮鴨醬汁嘅味道,同時為pizza適當調味。主角鴨肉以外,仲加入香醇嘅芝士,足料非常。由呢個pizza睇得到廚師嘅用心,貌似玩味大伏嘅菜式,原來食落好夾好好味,刻意製造記憶點,令我哋留下好深刻嘅印象。 💰$58今日咩心情?_?開心果提拉米蘇 ☕️一心打算叫一份waffles嚟食,但發現想食嘅培茶同紫薯口味當日都未有供應,所以決定問店員:「今日咩心情?」原來今日心情好開心,仲有double嘅開心,所以推咗兩款開心果口味嘅甜品,開正我嗰瓣!識我嘅都知,我食親cafe或西式餐廳,可以唔叫飲品,甚至唔叫main,但如果唔叫返件甜品,就會周身唔聚財!目前我最愛嘅甜品係tiramisu,第二係cheesecake,同分嘅仲有拿破崙。聽到兩款都係用開心果整嘅甜品,更加係失去理性,無論如何都想食晒兩款!Tiramisu份量都唔細,開心果味唔算濃郁,反而有好香嘅咖啡味同酒味,比例大概係2:8(開心果:咖啡同酒),口感豐厚,但食落無太大負擔,不知不覺食晒成件! 💰$58今日咩心情?_?開心果巴斯克芝士蛋糕 🍰比tiramisu更出色嘅係開心果basque cheesecake,用眼就睇得出呢種開心果獨有嘅綠色,同食開實定定嘅basque有好大分別。呢款甜品嘅開心果味出好多,同軟滑醇香嘅芝士相輔相成,蛋糕面burnt得好靚,倒埋cream喺上面,成件藝術品咁。 💰$58豆漿加豆腐加豆腐雪糕加芝麻沙冰 🍧三大豆類再加上芝麻,配搭新穎有趣。沙冰有清新嘅豆香,亦不失芝麻香味,加上用懷舊風嘅玻璃杯裝住,好睇又好味。

Bringing my dear friends to this funky restaurant once again still surprises us every single details. Love how much laughter the menu gave to those who read. We ordered their small mentaiko fries, whatever fried platter, crispy garlic chicken wings, avocado crab salted egg pizza, squid ink risotto and their truffle roasted chicken. Small mentaiko fries was definitely a big surprise and the hit of tonight. Never have we thought of that generous amount of menaiko was served. Not only covering the fries but serving with a sauce cup. This is really A LOT of mentaiko! Fries was crispy and freshly made while paired so well with the mentaiko. Mentaiko was slightly salted but not the spicy type. Creamy and soft which perfect to dip with the fries. When the chicken wings were ready from the kitchen, we could already smell from far that flavourful garlic flavour. Absolutely drooling. Crispy skin attached with loaded garlic. Moist and juicy. Perfect bite size. Even a non chicken wing lover had gone for two.Whatever fried platter was the least favourite of tonight. A very typical deep fried basket with all the random fried goods. Good that they gave us fries again to finish off the remaining mentaiko dip. Fried dough was crispy and airy. The prawn tempura was again crispy with a thin batter. Nothing special. Calamari was savoury and crispy. Perfect for nibbling and first to be finished. Avocado crab salted egg pizza was another surprise tonight. What an odd food combo but paired so well. Creamy mashed avocado topped with loaded shredded crab meat layering on a salted egg fully coated cheesy base. It was absolutely indulgent. Crispy pizza thin base with a salted egg cheesy pull. Combining with the crab and avocado, it was a creamy bite. Absolutely amazing.Squid ink risotto was topped with fried chinese noodlefish. Noodlefish were crispy and again generous. Enough to share with everybody for couple times. Right amount of squid ink that risotto didn't taste bitterness. Risotto was cooked just right with loads of cheese. Guaranteed a cheese pull. Squid pieces were cooked just right without a taste of rubber. It was a decent dish. Truffle roasted chicken was a big main which perfect for sharing. Every big pieces of chicken was cooked perfectly. Moist and juicy. Crispy skin. Every bite was an explosion of truffle flavour. It was nice to serve with a side salad and some sautéed mushrooms. All in all, not bad.All of us also ordered their latte series. We all love it. The flavour we picked absolutely was a star of that drink but not overpowering. Love the milk foam topped. Light and fluffy. Highly recommend. Once again, zipzip didnt disappoint us and still gave us a wow. Sadly we didnt have time for their dessert and yet another excuse to come back.
