食物前菜出色過主菜!主菜正常水平,咁一定好食過平時出面嗰d前菜鵝肝同uni toast出色d 因其名係專食lobster and mussel,所以就主打柯求打ditto … 白酒忌廉煮,整體好ok,但expect 可以再鮮味d 同埋白酒味強d,不過白酒就純個人喜好 鵝肝及uni toast 有8-9分,可能pair 咗白酒 整體食物分數6-7分啦,但服務,体貼,有9-10分,佢唔係酒店式或高檔野懶欣勤嗰種 … 係casual得嚟,每每都尊重客人及盡能力滿足要求嗰種 (因客人不多,但陪我哋到最後,7點幾食到10點幾,仲要埋尾食cake 時 request menu 冇嘅port酒pair) *小店要值得嘉許* 繼續閱讀

Went for dinner on a Friday night at busy dinner time 7ish and could go right in. Was a bit surprised as we were the only people there, but eventually the restaurant was filled up.. Ordered 2 dinner set, they have the $480 3 course dinner or $550 4 courses) plus you add $100 for steak for your main. Ordered a lobster bisque, a Hokkaido scallops, pan fried foie gras, a medium black Augus ribeye and mussels. For dessert, had the bread & butter pudding.Food review as below(1) Hokkaido scallops - slightly seared. Quite fresh and not rubbery. (2)lobster bisque- full of flavour (3) pan fried foie gras-creamy, can’t go wrong with a quality liver(3) a medium black Augus ribeye, aged, not bad quite beefy and done to perfect medium as ordered (4) mussels- quite small in mussel size but fresh. Cooked with beer and cleaned really well. Not quite filling as a main but tasted good. Nailed it. Comes with chips. Chips were the star of the main. Yum(5)he bread & butter pudding-unfortunately overcooked. Not very pudding like, more like boiled egg to me but made to order to thumb’s up for that.Environment- Small only 4-5 tables. Cozy. Hope more people will support them as they been here quite a while and its hard to keep a restaurant surviving in bad economy. Staff- Excellent service. Warm and friendly. Observant. 今日到中環吃午飯,每一家都排長龍,在街上發現一家餐廳,看看menu 也不錯,便入內試吓。餐廳的布局簡潔,座位唔會好狹窄。Brunch set$328/ person這brunch set 有頭盤、湯、主菜及甜品或咖啡,個set 好complete.麵包十分香軟,熱乎乎。頭盤是煎帶子,帶子大大粒,又厚肉,帶子煎得表面微焦,口感嫩滑,味道幾鮮美。龍蝦湯也不錯,有著濃濃的龍蝦味,唔會太咸;湯汁不是稠厚的那一種,質地比較薄身輕盈,幾適合夏日,好味道。主菜我選duck confit, honey 選lobster risotto.Duck confit 這油封鴨腿煎得十分香脆,份量十足,鴨腿啖啖肉,肉質軟滑,沒有太咸但太油膩,配菜有翠肉瓜和車厘茄及粟米,味道幾ok.Grilled half live Boston lobster risotto +$150這龍蝦意大利飯有半隻波士頓龍蝦,雖然食用部份唔多,味道鮮美,意大利飯相當入味,有濃厚的龍蝦風味,飯粒軟硬適中,不錯吧。最後的甜品選了Apple crumble ,而我選了餐飲Cappuccino 。Apple crumble製作需時9 分鐘,新鮮出爐。焗得香軟的蘋果,軟滑香甜,有天然的蘋果甜味,又有crumble 脆脆,加上香滑的吉士,熱呼呼的,甜而不膩,好吃!Cappuccino 這泡沫咖啡泡沫豐盈,厚厚的,降低了咖啡的溫度更易入口,咖啡味道甘香,沒有太濃或太苦,幾ok.坐著吃著,看著街上的路人,呷一口咖啡,這一天的午餐很滿足。 繼續閱讀

Came here with boyfriend by accident Owner was very nice, friendly and kindCooked everything by himself - suggested us gréât lobsters and mussels with recommendation and details Very attentive service - i appreciated the fact that he even made the highly aromatic pesto sauce himself Bread was very soft, the oyster fresh & limey and the foie gras risotto cooked to excellence 繼續閱讀

我個人推介頭盤為帆立背,龍蝦湯,主菜為藍青口及法國藍龍蝦。餐酒為店長推介的白酒。個人不懂酒,但店長推介的的確啱我口味。店面地方不大,但坐位寛闊,而且店長態度親和,喜歡親民式的食客一定不會抗拒。今晚人均消費千幾蚊,但物有所值。帆立背為北海道出產的帆立背,輕煎下,帶有原本的海水咸味,但放心,唔會好似味精咁要你飲好多水。龍蝦湯絕不欺場,濃郁的湯底係由多隻龍蝦炮製,香濃。入口依稀感覺到小小嘅粒粒,應該係龍蝦殼打碎後嘅出品。口感,味覺不錯。到第二主角藍青口,初初一望似乎平平無奇,但細包發現,原來店方將青口控制在8成熟左右程度,入口滑溜無渣。配上店方嘅意大利青醬加麵包,絕!到第一主角,法國藍龍,個頭細,但一入口就明白點解要俾多d錢去食。同波龍完全兩回事。我先食肉,後再食蝦膏,果種滿足感,真係好難形容。仲有龍蝦汁炒意粉,又係主菜以外嘅游擊隊,俾佢打低!總括而言,當小弟唔識嘢,但我覺得呢間餐廳除左店面較細,總體有90分評分。以上純為個人意見。 繼續閱讀
