依間cafe 係希慎廣場誠品旁邊，裡面有個落地大玻璃採光度高又可以盡覽銅鑼灣街景 ，打卡 一流。依度嘅手工意粉亦相當出色，slowcook chickenfillet penne in tomato source 意粉厚實又煙靭，番茄醬汁有香濃番茄味，配厚實雞肉一齊，十分美味 。

This restaurant is very cozy and spacious. We noticed a lot of people are here to enjoy their meal while working, catching up with friends or family, or just having a me time.The place is quite hidden but, if you know where n.o.t in Hysan is, then you are on the right place.The smoked salmon toast is amazing. It is crispy, with a generous amount of smoked salmon. The onion slice is sweet and has this pickled sour taste that makes it refreshing. There is a spread of cream cheese to add saltiness and creaminess. It’s a great combination.The truffle linguine smells so good, it’s creamy and the portion is just right. They give a lot of mushrooms as the toppings and some vegetable. Pasta is cooked al dente.The flat iron steak comes with sweet potato fries and salad. The steak is cooked to medium well and it goes very well with the mushroom sauce. You have to eat the steak with the sauce to enjoy the burst of flavor. The sweet potato fries are sweet. It’s crispy and dense with a bit of seasoning that do not overpower the original taste of the sweet potato.Homemade tiramisu is a must try! The lady finger is soaked well in espresso and the cream is not too sweet. The rose petals are not only for decoration but, when you eat it together with the cake, it has this sweet after taste. They also add crumbs to give a crunchy sensation.We noticed they will clean the plate before serving. Every tiny details matter and that what makes this place great!Overall we love all the food we ordered and a very high chance of coming back. We are excited to try their other dishes. Found a nice little cafe hidden just outside Eslite in Hysan Place, apart from being a relaxing place to chillax with friends, they also offer italian cuisine with different weekly menu 🥳 N.O.T. Specialty Coffee is located right next to the cafe, which is a good match as pastas and mains pair up perfectly with coffee ☕️ They offer light menu, homemade pasta and also some mains.
