自從我發現上環蘇杭街有間 Bagel 專門店 <404 Plant> 之後，間中都會幫襯支持一吓小店！有時，店方的美食會帶給我驚喜及新鮮感呢！可惜！最近經過才得知結業！Menu蜜桃檸檬吉士麻糬窩夫 $85這是Bagel 以外嘅驚喜美食呀！女店員細心為我把窩夫切成細粒，我連刀也不需要用！散發陣陣牛油香，表面酥脆的窩夫，內裡密度高而帶煙韌，麻糬置頂口感更強！
選用新鮮蜜桃，果香甜洋溢！檸檬吉士果酸口味層次突出，滋味誘人！Latte $42咖啡的甘味與牛奶味平衡，不用加糖都可以！Bagel Burger $120以原味 Bagel，雖然保持口感煙韌，卻是店方的 Bagel 縮水了！加入了熟透軟腍的牛油果，新鮮蕃茄、新鮮爽脆的生菜、impossible 牛肉，調味惹味！溶化的芝士芝味無窮！沙律新鮮爽脆的生菜及清爽的青瓜粒，混合酸香醒胃的黑醋，簡單又健康！Hot Biscoff Caramel Latte $50我看不出表面是什麼圖案？甜度稍微，甘味濃厚！

上環呢間主打bagel嘅小店提供一系列嘅純素食物，無論係店舖裝修定係食物嘅擺盤，都好有風格，玩味十足😆🤟🏽Pistachio mochi bagel $60原味bagel中間夾咗麻薯，面頭淋上濃厚嘅開心果醬，同埋開心果碎粒✨Pistachio latte $50太鍾意開心果嘅關係連嘢飲都係揀開心果味🤣好濃嘅開心果味，仲食到粒粒開心果🫶🏽Overall: 食物擺盤好色彩繽紛，見到個人都開心啲🤣下次好想試埋Oreo & lotus餅乾味😍

This is one of many restaurants that I had photographed but had not dined in, though during the photoshoot I came to get a better insight on the food being promoted on the menu. 404 Plant is completely vegan. 100%. everything in the menu is good for the soul and will surely earn you some karma points. Their big thing is that they make all these crazy dishes whilst remaining Vegan. Like, for example, take these crazy bagels:And these burgers:I think they’ve done really well to make the food as meatilicious as possible but the taste and texture is what’s going to make all the difference.
