真心好難食。叫左個肥叉雙蛋飯,叉燒鰻魚飯。我個肥叉,同臘肉可以比,上面一層仔脂肪,下面d肉硬到好似臘肉。老公話佢個鰻魚都唔好食。仲叫叉燒丼家。仲以為叉燒最好食……原來好難食。 繼續閱讀

I recently went to The Master of Char Siu to get char siu takeout. Unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The staff at the shop were extremely rude and unprofessional. When I ordered a piece of char siu takeout that was priced at $88, I was shocked to be asked for $96 at the checkout. When I asked about the additional $8 charge, the staff responded with an angry tone and explained that there was a surcharge for half fat and half lean char siu, as well as the takeout box. It is fine and reasonable for the surcharge yet his attitude is utterly unacceptable.I was taken aback by their attitude and felt as though I was being treated like a cheapo. It's not unreasonable for customers to ask about additional charges, and the staff's behavior was completely unacceptable. I was extremely disappointed by my experience at The Master of Char Siu and would not recommend this shop to anyone. 同老公喺附近睇車,肚餓見到有間餐廳就諗住入去食啦,寫住「叉燒丼家」以為出名叉燒,所以我兩個都一齊叫叉燒飯。肥叉燒煎雙蛋丼飯,仲諗住半肥瘦叉燒冇咁硬身,點知都係一樣咁硬。😑😑😑我就叫咗泡菜叉燒,個叉燒又硬、又有筋。😑😑😑咁嘅價錢,大xx 都應該好食過佢🫢🫢🫢 繼續閱讀

I didn’t even think about it when I went in. I didn’t expect too much at the beginning. I thought it should be a bowl of char siu rice from an ordinary siu mei shop. 🤔The pieces of char siu are slightly burnt, oily and thick, with every bite there is a faint smell of charcoal. This kind of coordination cannot be found in other char sui shops. The fried eggs were sloppy and tender, but unremarkable when eaten alone. But when you add honey sauce and ginger scallion oil, it immediately becomes more delicious.🤤🤤🤤 But I just have very little appetite left as I finish off my meal...🥲🥲There is no doubt that the world has innumerable char siew rice shops; all of them are displayed in their magnificent, with an overwhelming and overwhelming grease, accompanied by a strong ginseng flavor. But the taste of this is just a little bit different. There is a slight crispiness to it, the piece of char siu is full of fragrance and can be easily bitten; there is even some slightly spicy flavor from the ginger-scallion oil.This bowl of char siu rice is really delicious.
