開飯介紹
張保仔很可能是香港最後一艘人手製造的傳統中式帆船,由本地一間造船廠的80歲工匠負責製造及督工,並採用傳統物料打造。帆船以「張保仔」命名,是為了紀念上世紀初以長州為基地縱橫南中國海的著名海盜。
在張保仔上,賓客可享受穿梭於令人心醉的維港景色及兩岸高樓間,沈浸在香港的傳奇歷史。而此情此景當然少不了超時尚雞尾酒及小食助興,賓客更可在張保仔廣達1,500平方呎的船艙及露天甲板上隨意徜徉,極盡悠閒。

在kkday看到這個張保仔船上下午茶,覺得跟平時的陸上下午茶不一樣,很特別就訂了跟朋友吃船有分上下兩層,下層也有室內&室外,外面風超大,所以我們選擇坐在裡面吃,吃飽再出外面拍照而上層是滿滿的睡椅,可以睡在上面吹海風,超級舒服,我看到有人選擇再上面邊躺邊吃上層風超大,一直吹一直吹,頭髮都吹亂了下午茶有兩款:全咸點/咸甜點可選我選了咸甜點這款,但我覺得甜點太甜,圓形上面的小蛋糕,馬卡龍。而點心、蛋撻都很好吃~

身為香港人,真得不知道有這個活動,是外地朋友說想坐,所以才和他一起成為旅行。一開始都沒有什麼期待,但一上船已經覺得很chill,包一杯飲料,可選擇啤酒、汽水、紅酒或者白酒。在船上瘋狂影相拍照,是一個不錯的體驗!

剛過去嘅週末做咗一日遊客,坐懷舊「張保仔」號嘆「海上下午茶之旅」❤️話說呢隻船可能係香港最後一艘人手製造嘅傳統中式帆船,由本地一間造船廠嘅80歲工匠負責製造及督工,採用傳統物料打造🌝點心係由 Dim Sum Library 製作,有蒸點、炸物、甜點、炒飯。飲品有酒、果汁、茶等多款選擇。唔可以話好精緻、超好食,但都比我想像中好!坐住船吹吹風食點心都係第一次,好有新鮮感。暢遊維多利亞港,途經鯉魚門,到達筲箕灣避風塘再返回中環8號碼頭,大約時1.5小時完結航程。然後再行去修復咗嘅前中環街市 @centralmarkethk感受歷史與當下交織出嘅氛圍。沿着中環街市旁邊嘅扶手電梯可直達另一個活化景點,舊中區警署-大館 @taikwun.hk 🤗行程好緊密,行到好攰啦!所以去咗係大館隔離嘅blue bottle 坐下飲杯咖啡休息一陣先返屋企啦☕️
