came to this restaurant with a party of 12 people to celebrate the birthday of two friends. we ordered a 20kg usda prime ribs in advance and it is one of the best grills that i have ever had. the dining room of the restaurant is very cozy and suitable for big parties or dates, theres even a private room for events and privacy. overall, the prime rib was the highlight and it was cooked to perfection, with amazing sides such as lobster bisque macaroni and sweet corn etc. the dessert was also brilliant it was a classic alaska 繼續閱讀

走進這家餐廳,首先被那款芝士沙律吸引住咗眼球,芝士粒粒分明,配上新鮮嘅生菜,舌尖上嘅清新同濃郁撞擊出一股「嘩」嘅感覺。烤菠蘿片意外咁好食,燒焦嘅邊帶出甜味,正!🍍繼續嘆湯,個野菌湯令我驚喜,湯濃而唔膩,每一啖都食到蘑菇嘅鮮美,好夠味。再來主角,平底鍋香煎嘅韓國比目魚,外皮煎得金黃酥脆,入口即化,若隱若現地透露出海洋嘅味道,實在係「正」!至於澳洲草飼西冷牛扒,就簡直係一場味蕾嘅狂歡派對。微微焦香嘅表皮下,肉質鮮嫩多汁,每一口都嚼勁足,肉香四溢,食咗仲想食,真係得意極!🥩最後甜品,係雲呢拿馬卡龍夾着荔枝慕斯,微微酸甜,輕盈得嚟又唔失滋味,正中下懷。坐擁戶外泳池景緻嘅窗邊,享受這一刻,感覺生活就應該係這麼回事嘅,整體嚟講,環境、服務、食物都係上上之選,想搵個地方好好慶祝或者聚會,咁就真係要嚟試吓啦!🎉 繼續閱讀

📍Prohibition 扒房.酒吧黃竹坑黃竹坑道180號海洋公園香港海洋公園萬豪酒店C區地舖今次再在中午時間去食lunch,相當不錯的一間餐廳,無論環境同食物質素都好高。你可以自由配搭,有只是前菜(Salad Bar),或前菜+主菜+甜品或前菜+湯+主菜+甜品。而我們當天選擇了前菜+主菜+甜品,食物質素高,幾百蚊一個餐非常抵食。佢哋嘅前菜沙律bar,選擇多,有多種新鮮蔬菜,有多款煙薰火腿,多款芝士,煙三文魚,混合嘅沙律菜等,全部都好新鮮。🤤主菜我哋選了西班牙黑毛豬胺架,羊扒同牛扒,非常美味可口,特別喜歡個黑毛豬胺架,厚身得來又鬆化,回味無窮。適逢朋友生日,告知餐廳職員會為她的甜品寫上祝福語句。呢個甜品其貌不揚,但也有驚喜,正。 繼續閱讀

幫媽咪慶祝生日, 用openrice訂座並預購買了 尊尚美饌coypon, 4 course dinner 連champagne香檳🥂。首先入到餐廳, 獲安排了好靚的半圓梳化, 侍應都好細心, 為我們安排暖水。 set dinner可選 deluxe salad bar, 出面有cold cuts, cheese, cooked mushroom, fried chicken, 10+款 fresh greens with extra virgin olive oil & 幾款balsamic vinegar dressing, etc. 龍蝦湯非常濃郁, 麵包好軟。main 選了2款牛扒, Australian Black Angus Flap Steak, Korean A++ Striploin, 配8款mustard/salt, 非常好味。甜品當然有candle & 碟邊寫字的服務, white sesame ice cream伴培茶味心太軟, 不太甜, 唔會漏, coffee/tea完結。 繼續閱讀

We didn’t do any research before coming to this restaurant and it was such a surprise that the food, atmosphere and service were all very nice!We made a reservation through the hotel hotline and entered it on time. The waitress served us a menu in English and Chinese. We ordered sparkling water and then a draught beer and aperol spritz. Bread and drinks were all very decently served. Then came the starter - “New Orleans” Style Crab Cake. It was very crispy with the breadcrumbs on the surface and full of crab meat inside. Very good dish!While we were waiting for the mains, the chef sent us the mini daily mushroom soup. It was a creamy soup with blended mushroom. We had Iberico pork rack and Victoria rack of lamb with side dishes Truffle fries and Lobster mac. All were very nice. I especially appreciate the lamb. The meat was very soft and the lamb smell was not obvious. Last but not least, of course the dessert! We ordered D24 durian panna cotta. It was surprisingly good. You can taste the durian in panna cotta. The plate setting was very cute as well (good for taking pictures). 繼續閱讀
