韓式生牛肉他他($228),牛肉好新鮮,入口即溶,配埋個蛋黃真係好滑好香!😋😋😋 主菜方面,我哋就揀咗個二人套餐($1288),套餐好豐富,有齊唔同部位嘅靚牛,例如牛肋條、牛小排等等,全部都好高質,燒完之後肉汁豐富,入口即溶!🤤🤤🤤 最後食埋個和牛炒飯同埋柚子雪葩,真係好滿足!🥰🥰🥰

Absolutely horrible!!! I suspect the positive reviews on Openrice and Google are highly dishonest.Details as follows: - 1. Horrible food - 100% inauthentic, tasted like a nasty parody of Korean cuisine. Here is a breakdown: - (A) I had the beef ribs as main. There were more tendons than meat, to the point where I had to spit out most of the meat. I gave up eating it. The meat was also severely under seasoned, and there was no Korean soy sauce on the side like in most (if not all?) Korean BBQ restaurants.(B) The salad that came with the set had no Korean element in it. It tasted like a salad in a Japanese or Western set. The sauce was also very sour. Simply unpleasant.(C) The beef soup tasted normal, but there appeared to be quite a bit of MSG in it.(D) The ginseng icecream tasted plainly strange. I could barely taste the ginseng, and the icecream melted really fast, which probably meant there was very little milk/cream and more water.(E) The small plates: only the kimchi (which I presume were not even made by the restaurant) tasted normal. The pickled cucumber and pickled radish were Japanese style rather than Korean. Very puzzling. The lotus root dish had a strange sauce.(F) The best part of the meal was actually......the coffee. It tasted normal. What a relief. 2. Poor atmosphere: the lights were so dim, the restaurant is even darker than the LKF bars nearby in the daytime. The bathrooms were even darker, to the point where I could barely use it. Is this a joke? I feel bad for the staff working there. Overall, at this quality I suspect this restaurant will go out of business within one year. Fake reviews can only get you so far. Maybe you can fool people to visit once, but they won't return. The food quality is poorer than small Korean restaurants that charge under HKD100 for a lunch set. If you don't feel like torturing your taste buds, please AVOID.

大約年多前,與幾位食友一同來到中環這間剛開業的韓式烤肉店,當時大家都覺得這兒不但格調高尚,還帶點神秘感,加上食物及服務質素都令人滿意,只是略嫌價錢有點昂貴 。事隔年半後,再次回來,發現價錢變得相宜,質素仍有所保證。今次選擇了$1,380的Menu A,份量十足,值得回味 。一開始送來一些韓式前菜及JJJ House Salad,沙律用料新鮮,配以酸甜醒胃的醬汁及炸得香口的蓮藕片,令人食慾大增。最令人期待的環節來到,就是侍者在客人面前製作Beef Tartare,首先在牛肉上刨出如雪花般的巴馬臣芝士,再放上日本蛋黃。侍者拌勻後,每一口都充滿蛋香、肉香及芝士香,當中還滲有非常誘人的白松露香,絕對是畫龍點睛的重要一環 。接著就是盛載著3款美國牛肉及自家醃製的牛肋肉的拼盤,其中1款是店內招牌的熟成45日的USDA肉眼。及後,侍者會幫大家烹調烤肉,讓大家可以舒舒服服地品嚐 。雖然熟成肉眼很美味,但苗子更愛份量十足的牛肋肉,醃得入味,燒得微微焦香,包上生菜香葉後,格外滋味 。吃過烤肉後,JJJ Beef Rice送到。將甘香的烤牛骨髓加入牛肉鐵鍋飯後,香氣四溢,而且大量的香蔥蒜片亦令味道相當惹味,大家也吃得津津有味 。最後,還品嚐了相當有特色的韓式雪糕,好像人蔘味道及韓國米酒味道等等。此外,餐廳的雞尾酒會用上如韓牛牛脂及韓式風味的材料,在此吃著烤肉,喝著匹配美酒,不亦樂乎 。

🍖JJJ Korean Steakhouse and Bar這家是從吳先森嘴巴獲得了去了三次「還不錯」的中環韓式扒房,明明他對韓式烤肉就抱著一個「不愛」的心態,所以我想言之評價算很不錯。這次回香港當然也要帶上珍媽一起囉,珍媽的生日月就是要過爽吃爽玩爽🤣𝕾𝖊𝖙 𝕸𝖊𝖓𝖚 𝕯 ( 𝖋𝖔𝖗 4 𝖕𝖆𝖝)🥗JJJ House Salad拌有酸酸甜甜的醬醋汁,最好吃是還加了炸得酥脆的蓮藕片,增加了口感變化🧆韓牛他他 · 即席在生牛肉他他上刨上巴馬臣芝士碎,每一口都香滑濃郁,還帶帶白松露香,喜歡吃肉他他的我表示下酒一流🍖JJJ Deluxe Butcher’s CutKorean 1++ Hanwoo SteakJapanese Miyazaki A4 Wagyu SteakUSDA Prime 45 Days Dry Aged Ribeye JJJ House Marinated Galbi JP Hokkaido Jumbo Scallops (6 pcs)5款豪華牛肉拼盤,有專人會幫忙烤肉~看到肉上烙上那漂亮的格仔紋,再燒到五成熟,外層焦香同時咬外在嘴感受那嘴巴中滿滿的肉汁~吳先森最喜歡USDA Prime級45日乾式熟成肉眼,肉味很濃郁,熟成後肉質更嫩。我就喜歡自家醃製的牛肋,放一片蒜再跟惹味的牛肋肉用口生菜包一起吃,爽帶子個頭很大,肉質夠厚,吃起來很有份量三文魚本身魚扒油分多,弄到脆皮又嫩滑大啡菇非常香多汁而且厚肉🤤🍚JJJ Beef Rice 牛骨髓牛肉飯我這次終於吃到這個飯啦!!!每次看別人分享時都超好奇味道~店員把烤過的原條牛骨髓加入熱騰騰的石鍋牛肉飯中,再拌入大量蒜片、乾蔥、醬油,在翻拌的途中已經飄出滿滿油香味,調味稍微偏甜很對我胃🙌🏻🍨Ginseng Ice cream有四款自家製雪糕:韓國人蔘味、米酒味、薑味、豆腐味豆香十足的雪糕,米酒是甜甜的最易接受,但個人覺得人蔘跟甘也很有趣!
