啱啱呢間月尾同朋友約咗食餐好野,咁就去咗位於尖沙咀嘅壽司鐵板燒餐廳 - 里木!✨ 喺呢到食嘅係Omakase Spring Menu($1780/人),真係好好好食啊!🤗🤗 由頭盤到甜品,每一款料理都好有層次感,好令人驚喜。😍✨ 燒吞拿魚下巴。香噴噴嘅吞拿魚下巴配上入口即化嘅脂肪,非常滿足,我真係好好好鐘意!🥰✨ 鯛魚刺身配鯛魚白子。肉質緻密又有彈性,味道清新淡雅又帶有一抹甘甜味,而鯛魚白子味道清爽,口感綿密,吃多都唔會覺得膩。女生食身體好,真係會令人難以忘懷!💯✨ 海膽壽司。每一口都充滿海膽嘅鮮味,口感綿密又豐富,配合粘性十足嘅壽司飯,係呢個季節裏更是美味!🍣✨再嚟件燒赤鯥壽司!赤鯥肉質肥美又無骨記,烤過後更是入口即化,同壽司珍珠白飯一入口,就即刻引爆口腔中滿滿嘅海洋鮮味。👍😋✨ 最後,食一份甜到不得了嘅密瓜,帶點清新嘅味道,收尾真係好得嚟!🍈👍總括嚟講,雖然價錢都算比較高,但里木嘅食物都十分精緻,味道又正,尤其係佢嘅Omakase Spring Menu,感覺真係物超所值!佢個氣氛好舒服,好適合朋友聚餐,重點係呢度嘅性價比極高,絕對係我會再多次推薦嘅!😊👏👏 繼續閱讀

原本我與朋友已經嚟過呢間餐廳食過,今次就走陪伴老公嚟一試。可以一試同品嚐佢個豪華餐廳嘅氣氛同食物,真係一個難得嘅經驗🫰🏻。餐廳員工服務一流又細心,我哋非常滿意!我哋揀咗幾款食物嚟試吓☺️。「北海道活帶子配新鮮紫菜鰹魚清湯」💭湯底很清甜,帶子非常鮮美,味道與清湯完美地融合,真係好驚喜! 我嘅最愛就係「活龍蝦配自家製蝦膏牛油醬汁」😍。💭龍蝦肉好甜好新鮮,呈粉紅色,有大理石花紋,蝦膏牛油醬更提升咗龍蝦嘅味道,好惹味。🦞老公大讚「活南非鮑魚」。💭南非鮑魚質地肥美彈牙,有淡淡既海味。尤其係佢嘅獨特嘅口感,真係好有彈性。👍焦點美食「A5和牛薄燒」真係好令人詠嘆😍。和牛肉質鮮嫩,脂肪在舌頭上融化,充滿口中既香氣流出,超好味呢!🥩🤤呢間餐廳嘅食物賣相同用料都好講究,無論食物同埋服務態度都跟我哋期待嘅一樣。氣氛都超浪漫🌹,空間大又舒適。啲菜都幾有特色,味道好得嚟又有一定水準,佈置典雅,充滿人文氣息🫶🏻。以嚟緊都仍會回到呢間店!😋🥰🥂👌💌 繼續閱讀

A hidden gem located just off the bustling hotspot of Tsim Sha Tsui. After the pandemic, Moku's experience was truly a breath of fresh air.The menu consisted of 20+ delectable dishes, each one more impressive than the last. One standout feature was the FRESHLY GROUND WASABI, which is very rare even in Japan. And the Uni was incredibly fresh and had a texture that melted in your mouth like ice cream.One dish that simply cannot be missed is the Apple Wood Smoked Fish. Not only was it a visual spectacle, but the smoky flavors infused into the fish were absolutely divine. It was a true feast for the senses.The Charcoal Grill fish. The chef used a red-hot charcoal, directly applied on the skin side, creating a mesmerizing show right in front of our eyes. The result was perfect.Not forget the last Fish Soup. Packed with all the goodies, this small bowl of soup was incredibly delicious.Particularly intriguing was the chef's use various skills on different ingredients, making the dining more interesting.The experience priced HK$1,7xx per person, 1⁄2 price for the 2nd person, that’s HK$2,6xx, for 2.I believe this is an excellent value. 繼續閱讀

仲叫木澗的時候就幫襯過幾次,覺得好食仲有推薦比身邊朋友。但近排去食就唔太開心。其一:有三四舊壽司師傅擺低後完全冇任何介紹,即刻轉身同隔離檯客傾計;其二:當壽司擺低後,其中一舊白子跌左落來,佢都冇即刻執返擺好,要等佢傾完計再轉過身執,先食到;其三:唔知師傅係咪同熟客傾得太開心,對我地呢邊相對整得hea d,有兩舊壽司一夾起就散;其四:人去左洗手間,返來就見到舊壽司已經上左,乜唔係要等個客喺度先上咩?至少去過的其他壽司店是咁整體而言,食材是新鮮,又唔難食,但唔知係咪個服務質素影響到就餐心情,冇之前黎食得咁開心同滿足了。希望師傅在同熟客敘舊之餘,都顧及下其他客人。 繼續閱讀
