本身不是「拉麵控」的我，來到日本，不得不試本地的正宗拉麵！叉燒拉麵喝一口湯頭，豬骨湯味很濃，但不會過度鹹膩。幾片有厚度的叉燒，呈淡粉紅色，肥瘦參半，肥膏和瘦肉的比例抓得很好，入口沒有乾柴的感覺，頗有口感！再者，軟硬度適中的麵條，掛湯能力比想像中為好，輕輕咀嚼便能入喉，完全沒有負擔！加上爽脆的木耳絲和葱花，更是拉麵最好的配搭！每碗拉麵均附上一塊紫菜，紫菜上面印有不同國家語言的「多謝」，頗為有趣！濃郁的湯頭、彈牙的麵質和肥瘦參半豚肉，大家相輔相乘，才能成就出一碗好的拉麵！ continue reading
