Haagan Dazs has been synonymous with finest hand-selected ice-cream ingredients and superior quality since 1961, and has many, many different flavours to boost. Whether one chooses to eat their ice-cream in scoops or tubs, or opt for their delectable sundaes or fondues, there is only great satisfaction to be derived. I have been eating it for years, but could never spell the name correctly, lol - today is the day to set it right.Anyway, the dessert of the day was Banana Split (SGD$20.00), with huge scoops of vanilla, strawberry and Belgium Chocolate ice-cream, bruleed banana, strawberries, walnut flakes and crunchy wafers. It was huge; definitely meant for sharing, unless I was planning to have it for tea or a meal. The appearance was beautiful and colorful; very appetising.This is definitely quality dessert with Haagan Dazs ice-cream; and I loved the richness of the Belgian Chocolate one the best. The caramelized and bruleed banana was good, adding crisp to the soft texture of the fruit. I preferred the one where toppings of the sauce was just nice - distinctive enough to enhance the dessert but not too sweet. After a hearty dinner we decided to settle down for some dessert and at the same time doing some chit chat session since is has been sometimes since my friends and I met. We ordered a chocolate fondue set to share it consists of 16 scoop of ice cream, cakes, fresh fruit, cookies and wafer stick. I simply love the warm chocolate and dip into the almond nut with chocolate taste perfect too. Ice cream is smooth and yummy!

Häagen-Dazs has this new flavour for the ice cream. It was Belgium Chocolate.I had ordered a two scoops ice cream during this hot afternoon. The two flavours I ordered was Belgium Chocolate and strawberry.The Belgium Chocolate lavour has very fine bite of chocolate pieces and the chocolate taste was quite thick eventhough the brown colour looked light brown.The strawberry flavour has real bite size strawberry inside the ice cream. Though is a nice touch, but the frozen strawberry was not easy to the teeth, it was quite hard in frozen state.

Everything was yummy after dipping into the smooth and warm dark chocolate sauce...pure indulgence no less

Most people know what the standard haagen daaz fare is - delicious ice cream at a premium...Actually i went there quite few times, is time to give them review...Nothing much about the ice creams here coz I was to start extolling the values of Häagen-Dazs ice creams you’d see no end to this review...Why so cause I think they’re the best off the shelf commercial ice creams around...The ice creams are rich and luxurious, full-bodied, tastes natural and most importantly they’re delicious...I going to review their chocolate fondue ice cream with the biscuits, fruits and cakes but its quite expensive...The melting hot chocolate taste just right, not too sweet and is great to pair with the ice creams/cakes /biscuits...This time I try their Flower blossom where you can selected 3 scoops of ice cream...try the Belgium chocolate is a must try!!
