Had a tea time session with sisters on sat afternoon. We went to Marina Square to settle some stuffs and decided to take a break at Starbucks. Below are the drinks and snack that we ordered that afternoon:-I drank Signature Chocolate in grande size @S$6.70 per cup and my sister ordered Vanilla Latte in grande siz @S$6.60 per cup. I had Buttery Croissant @S$3.30 which comes with strawberry and butter jam.Loving the signature chocolate taste. It's superb rich and you can be quite full after drinking the whole cup. I didn't have any dinner after that. continue reading

Starbucks marks the summer season with the release of their summer frappuccino drinks. I often look forward to ordering their Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino around the May-June period of the year as I have a soft spot for chocolate and coffee. The drink is essentially coffee, chocolate and cookies blended in ice to produce a cold, refreshing drink. I ordered a venti (large) size and if you're not in a hurry, sit down and leisurely take your time to finish your drink as you read a book or catch up with friends. It is unfortunate that Marina Square is currently undergoing construction and the area outside starbucks is hoarded up. Nonetheless, the cafe is not very crowded and you should be able to enjoy a peaceful drink. continue reading

When my friend told me she ordered me the espresso frappuccino, I thought I was going to faint. I know espresso is really bitter and has very strong caffeine. Since she already bought my drink, I decided to give it a try. In fact it turned out pretty good, it was not as bitter as I thought it would be. it turned out pretty creamy and milky instead. And it is not so sweet so I dun have to feel guilty about the calories. Cheers! continue reading

I went to Starbucks again with the drink I want already in mind. Upon arrival, I realised that there was a new drink. Mocha Cookie Crumble. Seeing the word 'cookie' inside, I decided to give it a try. The drink turned out great. The chocolate in the drink was overpowering the mocha, which made it more suited to my liking. I'm not really a fan of coffee, so this drink was great. Cookie bites were sprinkled on the drink and I liked those. This is another favourite drink in Starbucks added to my list. Now, I have 2 choices to choose from. It make my Starbucks trip more interesting (: continue reading

After accompanying my children to the IT fair, we decided to head to starbucks to take a sit and enjoy some refreshing beverage while resting our tired legs. I decided to order my usual Java Chip Frappuccino. I love the way they blend the coffee with milk and mocha sauce. The drink is a little sweet for those who aren’t sweet tooth, but for me, I love the sugar rush. I love it that they add chocolate chip to blend, it gives it an additional chocolaty flavour. It is absolutely to die for. continue reading
