2 pc $2.80I love the popiah from this stall! Sometimes I cater bulk for private celebrations/festive occasions as well.Very tasty, but sometimes very spicy. Soft on the skin, crunchy and satisfying in the fillings. The shape holds well and it's always my ideal choice to tabao something back home to eat later at night. continue reading

This stall is the best of the best Springroll I ever had. Trust me, you have to try it out! Beside Springroll, they do offer Kueh Pie Tie, Laksa, Rice Flour Roll. The lady whom was sharing a table with us was having their Laksa and it was so tempting! I gave it a passed but I still had their Springroll after being 3/4 full from the Dim Sum Affair. It take skills to really get the Popiah skin intact with all the ingredients and you have to slice it right so that the filling will not get expose and this stall ace it well! What's so special is the peanut bite in it, it is really crunchy and it add to the fragrance. continue reading

At just $1.30, this stall is popular and famous for its popiah and other food products. The popiah is freshly made daily and the ingredients are fresh and usually served warm/hot. The popiah is stuffed with many different types of ingredients ranging from finely chopped radish to peanuts, chilli and egg pieces etc. The popiah is not too salty as the sauce given is not too much and a highly recommended stall for all to try or for those looking for a delicious snack! continue reading

the specialty here is the skin. apparently they made the skin specially with some special technique. it is evry thin skin and it does taste a bit better than others. it's softer and is not bleached white like others. the filling is not too bad. not fantastic but not bad either. i would order it again. the skin does get soggy real fast so best to eat it immediately rather than takeaway. it's not cheap but it's pretty good. it is quite a popular shop and the service can be unfriendly at times. for some reason the stall is elevated so the staff are always peering down at you when you order. continue reading

I must say this is one of the nice popiah that I have eaten so far. There was a fine balance of sweet and savoury, and the skin was not overladen with juices. The popiah was nicely wrapped - the ingredients did not fall out when pick up. But what is most amazing is the popiah skin - so chewy and strong! continue reading
