Caviar is Singapore’s first caviar-based restaurant showcasing a multitude of different types of caviar from top caviar houses around the globe.
Whilst we feature the finest caviar from France, Italy, Russia, Uruguay, Japan, China and the Iranian Caspian Sea (pending seasonal availability),
we are more than our namesake and caviar theme.
Though our menu and the way our intimate 28-seater is appointed expresses luxury, Caviar, the restaurant, is really about passion.
We have a relatively young team but each brings fine-dining experience from various Michelin-starred restaurants, where they have each been exposed to excellence.
