Vegetarian Yam Basket

During the holiday season, I have bought a vegetarian yam basket from this Chinese cooked food stall to buy back and eat with my family members. For less than $20, is affordable and the portion is very generous. Service staffs are quite friendly but I waited nearly twenty minutes before my item is ready for my pick up. The stall is quite clean. Yam basket is very crispy and not too oily, and the yam paste is very smooth and not too hard. Lots of crunchy fresh vegetables are cooked together

The stall is quite clean. Yam basket is very crispy and not too oily, and the yam paste is very smooth and not too hard. Lots of crunchy fresh vegetables are cooked together which are tasty and not too oily. Great to share it between four to five people.
