A revisit to this famous Western Food stall at Maxwell Food Centre.This time I ordered Grilled Lamb Chop. Waiting time was about fifteen minutes as there was a lunch crowd coming in.When the dish arrived, I can smell the aroma of the grilled meat.Most of western food stalls had their lamb chop cooked until too tough and chewy like eating rubber.But this stall marinated the lamb meat until quite tender and easy to cut. I can even tasted the layer of juicy fats on the top of the meat. A bit sinful

When the dish arrived, I can smell the aroma of the grilled meat.
Most of western food stalls had their lamb chop cooked until too tough and chewy like eating rubber.
But this stall marinated the lamb meat until quite tender and easy to cut. I can even tasted the layer of juicy fats on the top of the meat. A bit sinful but yummy!
