The fluffy numerous bubbles of yeast pockets gives springiness and elasticity to the flesh of Char Siew inside the Polo Buns. Flaky on the outside with sesame seeds enhancing its outlook.
Char Siew fillings are run-out-of-the-mill, taste like those commonly used by neighborhood bakeries.
Salted Egg Yolk with custard bun is pillow soft and seems malleable. Made with a hole in the middle exposing its volcanic liked lava oozing out with some mini sugar rocks at the exterior had bought my interest in the bread.Cost: $0.90
Bread if Chewy given that it is fluffy and airy in the side despite the golden yellow fillings. How can this be missed for being a "Liu Sa Bao" Lover?

Price
The offered pricing had beaten the competitors hands down. With this reasonable and value worth pricing without compromising its quality, at the rate of its operation, business is definitely sustainable. Although I have just learn of Baker Talent sometimes back, their breads are selling hot like pancakes, from outlets in West Area.
Recommendation / Tips
A matter of luck is required. Majority of them are buying a lot just like grabbing sales items. Breads are sold out easily.
