As i love the breads from Four Leaves, I will frequently buy back mini buns/breads for tea. Today was no exceptionI chose a mini floss bread instead of the big/normal-sized one to go with my coffee. Appearance: Four Leaves actually give the mini floss breads a generous coating of floss!! Not stingy like some bakeries where they scatter a FEW bits on the top Seriously....Anyway, this bread may look dry to you but if you look closer at the edges of the bread, you can see the mayonnaise-like/syrup-

Not stingy like some bakeries where they scatter a FEW bits on the top Seriously....Anyway, this bread may look dry to you but if you look closer at the edges of the bread, you can see the mayonnaise-like/syrup-like sauce which holds the floss in place, and is actually the perfect amount that you won't actually taste it alone without the floss. Awesome!Taste: Floss is alright, sauce is kinda sweet, and the filling of the bread is the same as what they use to hold the coating of floss in place. The bread is soft and freshly baked. Not too dense, but chewy.
Overall: Worth a try, and I believe the quality and taste of the mini floss bread should be the same as the bigger ones..so if you want a filling tea or snack, go for the bigger ones!
