Was having craving for ice cream at 11pm and where can we find it at this hour? Hubby suggests going to Changi Airport T2 for Swensen that is open 24hours daily. Menu for dinner and supper is different. Most of the dishes that are on the main menu are not available but luckily our favourite fish and chips are available for supper. have this milo dinosaur milk shake with milo ice cream as my desserts satisfaction... nice and yummy... the milo ice cream enhances the milo making it thicker.
