Spicy chashu ramen (price <$15 without toppings). The broth was well flavoured and the spiciness was just right for me and it was not at all overwhelming. The chashu on the other hand was disappointing. It was quite tough and I definitely prefer ippudo's tender meat with it's melt-in-the-mouth fats. I had my ramen with less chicken oil but it was still fragrant. Nevertheless, it was worth a try. Thankfully I did not have to queue as they had just open the doors when I went at about 11.30am o
